A friend is joining a campaign set in Innistrad, humans only and no traits. He wants to play an unarmed character and we were thinking of interesting class ideas/combos. So far soulknife, bloodrager and slayer interest him. Multiclassing is alright with him, do you guys have any fun suggestions?

A friend is playing a campaign set in Innistrad. There are no traits allowed and the only race allowed is human. We both thought the idea of beating up werewolves and vampires was hilarious, so he wants to build something with good unarmed damage. He's open to multiclassing and finds Soulknife, Bloodrager and Slayer interesting but he's open to suggestion. Magus and Inquisitor are already taken so he'd prefer not to use them. What would be some fun ideas?

I'm going to be playing in a gothic horror setting as a slayer. The only race option is human,I can't change my class and multiclass isn't guaranteed. I was trying to decide between two weapon fighting or going the natural attack route. Is natural attack a viable option for me?
