For an upcoming campaign I want a suggestion about a Buffer/Debuffer tactical and battlefield controller build.
I am undecided between a bard and a sorcerer.
Any suggestions for a build with this requirements for this two classes?

Hello, for an upcoming Kingsmaker AP I want to play a Bard.
I read the guide of threatmonk about the controller bard and the god wizard and I want some others details or suggestions about this type of play.
I want a vary strategic and tactical build with a focus on the battlefield controll and the buffing.
Any advice is welcome.

Hello i wanna some suggestions about my Unchained Rogue build:

Int = 16

2) rogue talent(weapon training);
3) improved initiative
4) rogue talent(Minor Magic[Acid Splash])

6) rogue talent(Major magic[Vanish])
7) extra rogue talent([Shadow Duplicate])
8) rogue talent([fast stealth])
9) Improved Two-Weapon Fighting

What do you think?

I was thinking of playing a rogue, I want to see some dirty tacticts with chep items (like marbles ecc....) or battlefield controll escamotage.
I really like to play a clever warrior who use strategy, item and whatever to combat, any ideas and suggestions?

Which class is the most suitable class for the role of a spy?
There are many archetypes of spies, but the most famous are two kind of spies:

1) "Hello, my name is Bond.... Bondage and I'am not a spy. Seriously!"
The type of spy able to infiltrate everywhere, thanks to a little of diplomacy, disguise and maybe luck.
Like the gardener who is actually a ...... SPOILER..... spy in disguise.

2) "The only thing I need is a cardboard box or some fantasy equivalent."
The type of spy able to infiltrate everywhere, thanks to a little of stealth, camouflage, survival in enemy territory with many combat ability. Unseen and more or less invisible and maybe able to climb a very long stair....... SNAKE EATER.....

Ok, so people of the internet, which is the most suitable class for the role of the spy?
Bard, Stalker Vigilante, Unchained Rogue, Ninja ?
Post here your suggestion about it, maybe with some build for the two types of spies.

With the Vigilante and the Ultimate Intrigue is the Master Spy became obsolete?
There are so many thread on different builds and combinations of class, but very few about this specific prestige class.
Is worth it to role a Master Spy?
Which is the best build of it?
And why there ins't a guide about it on Zenith?
What do you think?

Is worth to play a Brawler (the ACG class) with the limitation on Core Feats and without Style Feats?

Who is the best battlefield controller if only core class/rules are available?
The Wizard, the Cleric or the Druid?

Hello everyone, I'm a fan of Metal Gear and Splinter Cell, and in general of stealth video games.
I have heard of 'ultimate intrigue as an extremely valuable handbook, although I have not yet read it.
Now I come to the question, in anticipation of a campaign I have in mind in which the characters will have to manage a network of spies and complete quests related to stealth, infiltration and espionage, which is the best classes and maybe villains and NPC for this kind of adventures?
Unchained Rogue?
Ninja?
Archeologist Bard?
I am opening to any suggestions about and some interesting input.

Hi all, I 'd like to prepare for my players a campaign focused on the exploration, full of exciting moments, ancient ruins, relics, traps and adrenalinic encounters.
I would like to help them live the sensations of an adventurous tale, along the lines of Indiana Jones, or Tomb Raider.
Do you have any specific advice about this?
I wish that they were part of a "archaeological" shipment in the hunt for legendary treasures and ruins of ancient civilizations.

Hello everyone, I'm throwing down some ideas for a possible campaign.
I would like to create a campaign focused on the theme of destiny, or in which certain choices open certain scenarios with possible crossroads etc ....
Players will be in this case, somehow related to the possibility of changing the destiny in some way and I thought to put as their main enemy / friend a Mothman.
This Mothman in disguise follow them or monitor their moves and try to get in their way or to divert their choices.
I thought of a sort of mix between G-Man (from the game Half-Life) and the Lutece twins (from Bioshock Infinite: https://youtu.be/Uq39ofDtYPA).
Do you have any further suggestion about, especially about particular creatures/monster related to the theme of fate/destiny or to its manipulation?
Any advice on the plot?

I have a dwarf Hunter (3rd level) and I am really enjoying it.
I like to fight in melee with my animal companion in flanking position.
When suddenly a crazy idea caught me: and if I will multiclass brawler?
I could use unarmed attacks like my animal companion and change the combat and teamwork feats.
What do you think? It might be a good combination?
I speak of vanilla brawler without archetypes.
Suggestions? Advice about the build?
At the moment my character has these stats and feats:
Hunter 3
Str 18
Dex 16
Con 19
Int 14
Wis 20
Char 12
LV1: Combat Expertise
LV2: Precise Companion (Outflank)
LV3: Precise Strike, Pack Flanking
Some ideas?

I know that may seem like a silly question, an absurd request, but I turn to you experts in the forum to make a special request: there is a class similar to the Paladin, but less strong?
I recently played a Paladin and I really liked it.
I liked having a code of conduct, healing spells, but the thing I don't like at all was that it was too strong.
I've never been a power player and being in front of a character with practically immune to anything, saves roll so high (divine grace) and that could throw down the big beasts with ease (smite evil) did not make me feel good.
I liked the challenge of playing a character loyal to the rules, but at the same time to the good, which is why I ask if there is a class conceptually similar, but without all those absurd bonus and less powerful.
Yes, in a few words a weaker Paladin.

Hello everyone, I ask your advice to help me in the selection of feats and best suited equipment, if anyone can give me an example to build the kind of character I would do, I would be extremely grateful.
I read the class of Hunter in 'Advanced Class Guide and immediately drew my interest.
I would create a very wild Hunter, a fierce feral-style warrior very deadly.
I thought of a wolf as an animal companion and the greatsword as a weapon.
But I would like something closer to the animal world, there are weapons of bone that are not fragile, or claws to wear and use as weapons and armor of fur to represent the feral side of my character?
If possible I would like to avoid metal objects.
Any advice for a possible build, and maybe a few tricks of combat to perform with my animal companion?

Hello everyone, I've come up with a nice idea to bring a group of novice players in Pathfinder with a comic relief adventure.
A funny adventure game in the style of "The Order of the Stick" or "The Gamers" or "Discworld", in short a comic fantasy.
I was thinking crazy evil unicorns vs. kobolds, goblins ninja and more.
Do you have some suggestions or advice?
Some crazy, funny, weird encounters?

Hello everybody, I wanted to ask you if you know of a resource or adventure path or module to create an urban campaign of dark fantasy genre.
I'd like a dark setting Bloodborne style, with a corrupt city full of criminals, thieves and murderers.
A city like that seen recently in the reboot of the video game Thief or Dishonored, with a hint of gothic horror.
some advice?

With the release of Unchained now we have the Unchained Rogue, that from what I've heard has been appreciated by many people.
Now my question is: if I had to create a character dedicated to infiltration, espionage, stealth, sneak attacks and can make it in all situations including the fights, what should I do the ninja or the unchained rogue?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask, if is viable lose three feats to get the powers of Shadow Bloodline for a ninja, especially because it is one of those classes that need many feats such as Two Weapons style chain?
I would like to make a ninja focused on stealth, but that it is still able to do a lot of damage, a real shadow assassin in the style of Big Boss / Naked Snake (Metal Gear Solid).
Any advice or example of build?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask you experts and maybe master thieves to share tactics and tricks to steal / sneak etc ....
For example, how you open a closed window from the outside that has no locks?
It would be interesting to write a guide to all the thieves interested in refine their techniques.

Hello World, I ask for your support for the creation of a balanced build for a very flavor pg.
Why not create a Kobold Paladin who goes around with a heavy crossbow?
Since the penalty to the strength of the race I was thinking the paladin archetype of the Divine Hunter to maximize damage and attack.
Just imagine this small "dragon" that speaks of light and good, it seems to me a very interesting and very fun to roleplaying.
Do you have any advice on feats, stats and anything else that can help this little guy to get respect?
Any advice is welcome.

Hello World, I need your help for a build, after reading many topics about the Arcane Trickster now I have more doubts than before about it.
Some say that the right way is Rogue 3 / Wizard 3, other than the Rogue can be easily replaced by Vivisectionist.
Now what I ask is to give me advice about building a character that is not a complete duffer, but it can be interesting to roleplaying and useful (both in combat and out [I prefer low social skills for roleplay reason]) at the same time.
It starts at 9th level, so any advice about the races, traits, feats, spells and whatever else is welcome.
Thank You.

Hello world, I'm here to ask you a hand to build a character to be effective in supporting role and in the role of fighter.
I saw the class of the sandman, and I must say that intrigued me a lot and I'd like to try it, but since I'm a newbie in pathfinder system I would like some help to choose in feats and spells interesting and useful.
The best possible combination for the best result.
Objective level 8:
My stats are:
Strength 10
Dexterity 19
Constitution 12
Intelligence 18
Wisdom 12
Charisma 20
Race: Kitsune

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Hello World I am currently playing a bard kitsune of 7th level, the character personality is kind of Baron Munchhausen.
I am currently evaluating whether to continue to level up as a bard or multiclass in a swashbuckler.
From the point of view of the character the idea of improving the offensive capabilities through the rapier seems very interesting, but I wanted to ask you if you have any advice on this and if the two classes can bind well.
My stats are:

Strength 10
Dexterity 19
Constitution 12
Intelligence 18
Wisdom 12
Charisma 20

Do you think I should start as early as next level to multiclass or port forward the progress of the bard?
