I am not seeing this on the App store. Is it only available for Ipad?

We're working on the MAC submission this week (I hate the MAC submission process). We wanted to work the bugs out of the Windows version first ... which should be posted for sale later this week on RPGNow.

Thanks for the interest!!!

Purchased. There seems to be an error when I try to enter in a height on the Pathfinder sheet. It keeps the field hi lighted and doesn't let you enter in any information into it.

The updated version of this app is now available from Apple, v2.0.1. Look for it in your UPDATE section.

Yeah, no problem. It wasn't even that big of an issue either. Love the sheet though. I can't wait to start using it for games.

Well ... gotta thank someone. The playtesters missed it. :)

This bug is fixed and uploaded to the App store for approval.

Thanks to Sgmendez for helping us identify the issue!!!

I cannot duplicate this error by entering data to the field. Were you able to reproduce it more than once? Do you have an iPad 1 or 2?

Sgmendez ... please email us at support at digitaladventures.net with a screen shot of the lockup if possilbe (so we can see what fields have data in them) so we can try to duplicate exactly.

Please let us know if you have any further issues.

Thanks for the quick response. Purchased! When I get some feedback, where should I send it?

iTunes App feedback can be applied to that product. :)

Yes, it supports d20 and Pathfinder skill systems. Scroll up to the top of the thread and watch the YouTube video and you can see for yourself. :)

FYI for all who were interested ... I do have the final code now, and will begin the (very painful) iOS Apple submission process this week. For the Windows version we typically wait for the iOS version to pass and release in tandum, but if there are issues with the App store (and there always seems to be) I may release soon. Please keep and eye on this thread for more information. :)

Cheers!

I see that the Deity and Class/Level fields are flip flopped. Was this just a typo or a small bug currently present? Looks pretty fantastic overall!

EDIT: Spelling and Grammar!

Known bug ... :)

Thanks!!!

Thanks for all the positive feedback folks!

We are in the final stages of this product. All that is left is platform testing and a final beating by the playtesters. Look for a release very soon. In the meantime, here is a link to an example of an exported version of this sheet:

I will definitely purchase this. Any updates since this preview? Has a specific date been released?

Thanks for the interest!

Right now we're working through some fixes/updates from playtest feedback, and the last step in the project is to create the export process -- which is actually the most time consuming part of the project. We're still shooting for mid-October-ish, and prior to release we'll be posting back to this thread. In the meantime ... spread the word!

It's a digital world, and I'm a digital girl, I mean man. I'm going to fully recommend that all my players with tablets get this program when it is finished. I hope you'll come back on the forums when it is ready for sale and drop a line letting us know it's ready.

Looks great!

We'll definitely post something back to this thread. Right now we're finishing up the final code and feedback from playtesters, so the hope is sometime within the next month. :)

Digital Adventures presents a short YouTube video preview of our upcoming iCharacter Sheet d20 release ... which now features dice!!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SX1dwP1TcCg

(best to watch full screen at higher res!)

We hope to have a finished product for the iPad, MAC, and Windows sometime in October, as well as dice upgrades to our previous iCharacter Sheets (4E and Castles & Crusades) soon after. This product is compatible with Pathfinder, as you'll see in the video.

Enjoy!

Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel like WotC is failing at, Paizo should talk to Fantasy Grounds, or even Digital Adventures who converts other publisher's material to Fantasy Grounds format. Create a relationship there with Pathfinder products being quickly available for Fantasy Grounds and promote that as an alternative to waiting 6 months or more for a promises Virtual Game Table. Especially if you can get a company like Digital Adventures to do the conversion work, it needn't be a time burden which seems to often be an issue with the overworked Paizo staff. :)

I'm just saying tossing it out there. The software already exists. Make some partnerships and offer what WotC has failed at.

Hiya Ken! I just love Google Alerts. :)

In fact, I have sent an email to Mr. Mona regarding Fantasy Grounds and Pathfinder, but have yet to hear of a reply. Digital Adventures has gotten more than a few inquiries regarding an "official" Pathfinder conversion, and I can easily say that the Fantasy Grounds community would love the opportunity to have an official conversion of the PF products to play online. Fantasy Grounds was originally built to play a d20-ish game right out of the box, so I think this is a natural fit for this very cool looking game system.

Cheers!
