I have received an email message 3 times now saying that there is a problem with this order as my bank "declined the transaction". The first time I had a credit card number entered that was expiring on July 31st, the same day I received the first message. I figured there must have been a problem with the expiration date so, I input a different card number, one with an expiration date in 2009.
I then recieved another message saying it was declined for an order total of $0.00. And I received it a third time yesterday, also for $0.00.
I have checked with the company of the first card, I actually work for them, and I can see that a charge for the full order was processed on 8/1/08. I have sent an email and left a voice mail on the customer service line.
Can some one please get back to me regarding this issue.
