Hi all,

For any of us that bought figures from the likes of Citadel/Games Workshop, (and others), and especially Orc's or Goblins, there was a good chance the sculptor was Kevin Adams.

However he was recently, robbed in his home, stabbed and beaten to a pulp. See the link from Graeme Davis website.

There is also facebook page Goblinaid where a lot of the RPG/Wargame community have got together.

I do not know Kevin, but I have over the years, bought figures that he has sculpted.

Our hobby has many, great human beings, and looking at the Facebook site, many of them have already shown their support.

Player Character Folio

Have just noticed that Grappling, still has the following "The defender loses any Dex bonus to AC", Under Armor Class Modifiers,(Folio Page 18).

This I believe, is no longer used for Grappling.

The Folio print date is newer,(Aug 2012), however the Core Rulebook (Nov 2011), has the correct version on P195. And for Grappling "The defender loses any Dex bonus to AC" is no longer relevant.

SORD Reference guide (rev 1.3)

I was wondering, with the latest printing of the Pathfinder Core Rulebook, is the SORD Reference Guide still up to date?

Also does anyone know of any typo's/errors found in version 1.3 of SORD?

P150 of the Core Rulebook - Armor - Maximum Dex Bonus

If I have Half Plate my Max Dex Bonus is +0. This seems clear enough so
what does this paragraph mean -

"Even if a character's Dex bonus to Armor Class drops to 0 because of armor, this situation does not count as losing his Dex bonus to Armor Class."

Alright Guys and Girls, we all have our views and a lot of them are polarised.

However can we all agree on one thing -

Pazio , TSR (and then WOTC), GDW, Chaosium, SJG, etc. etc. - have all helped create this hobby, our hobby. Some have fallen into the darkness, but their memories remain.

They have given us wonderful adventures, great memories and hopefully new friends.

And for that I will be always thankful.

4th brought new members into our world, some stayed some left, (and they may even have moved on to Pathfinder).

I hope 5th does well. I hope that all the other RPG companies do well, (roll on Pazio’s 50th birthday!)

We need them all , for the future and for the gamers that will come after us, and may they continue to have as much fun.

So yes have your views and keep them civil, and if someone plays a game from another company, well just be glad that he/she is a fellow gamer, (and ask them to take part in your next Pathfinder game!).
