I should add, I'm interested in a return/replacement.

I recently made a 50 mini purchase. While the packing was very good, 3 of the 50 minis arrived with significant issues.

I'm unable to order the return/replacement of one of them on the wizkids RMA website, and I'm not sure what to do. I emailed the Paizo customer service website about a week ago but have not heard back.

The problem:

The Reta's Bridesmaid (2013 Promo) miniature's face was not correctly painted (barely painted at all except a couple of odd splotches) and she looks like she has some kind of severe skin disease. To be completely honest, I'm afraid to touch it, it looks that contagious. The net effect is a terribly unattractive (even by Goblin standards), damaged looking mini.

That's an interesting read in it's own right, and it makes sense. Thanks for the note/link, Joana. I think a scratch-n-dent copy sounds like a plan in that case.

I'm curious if Crypt of the Everflame is permanently out of print, or if it simply goes through print cycles and is therefore simply currently unavailable (not including the PDF purchase option of course). I ask because new copies seem to go for incredible amounts of money (over $900 a copy on Amazon for instance). Is this what nice condition unused copies of Crypt of the Everflame are actually worth these days?

It sounds like the perfect intro module, I'm just trying to decide between printing the PDF, buying a used print copy (not for $900 lol), or waiting for a future reprint if that ever happens. Thoughts? =)
