Special Abilities

Arcane Strike As a swift action, add +1 damage, +1 per 5 caster levels and your weapons are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
Blessing of the Harrow (1/day) (Su) 10 min, grant self and allies +1 insight bonus to a random type of roll for 24 hr.
Cackle (Su) As a move action, extend the duration of other hexes by 1 rd.
Deadly Dealer Arcane Strike: throw cards as if they were darts. Card destroyed when thrown.
Deliver Touch Spells (Su) Cards thrown w/ Deadly Dealer aren't destroyed, gain returning quality, and deliver touch spells.
Evil Eye -4 (10 rounds, DC 23) (Su) Foe in 30 ft takes penalty to your choice of AC, attacks, saves, ability or skill checks (Will part).
Harrow Casting (3/day) (Su) Add S & F component to spell for random benefit. Can't affect metamagic spell.
