Katherine lets out a long suffering sigh and shoots Gattlebee a look that says quite clearly 'Stay here, I'm not happy with you.' Then she continues cutting down the robotic bartenders. Attacks: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 161d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 161d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16

Katherine lets out a shout of anger as her companions are targeted, and strides forwards to bring her sword (and newly enhanced arm) to bear on the man shooting at Sansnom. Strikes: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 171d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17

Katherine spends part of each day scrambling around to scout the locations and possible routes and then sequesters herself away in the workshop for the remaining time, working on some unknown project. At the end of the three days, Katherine emerges fron the workshop very proud of her abilities, her right arm now supported by some mechanical dynamo that she keeps testing out. Just explains the sudden mechanically supported arm she now has!

Foebe:
"But you couldda just asked." Katherine responds with a heavy sigh, her frustration dissipating somewhat as she remembers that Foebe usually has good intentions, even if they are not always enacted in the right way.
"You know I'dve helped ya right?"She asks rhetorically. "I thought that we were friends, not just partners and all that, and partners stick together." "If you're vouchin' for her, I trust ya, and I don't think I want her knowin' my face right now if you catch my drift? Just....do me a favor and gimme a heads up next time." She smiles softly and pats Foebe on the shoulder. [b]"Come on let's go put on a good show. Katherine spends the rest of her evening behind the bar serving too much alcohol to the patrons and fueling any gossip of the days big news.
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine, utterly taken aback by her co-owner's change of plans, looks aghast; the betrayal showing on her face with the surprise that Foebe had in store. "Foebe. A word. In private." Katherine says, curtly and stands at the exit to the room, tapping her foot inpatiently. Private exchange with Foebe: "Now, if I recall right, when we set up this place we both laid out our plans and made a deal layin' out our wishes to make some good mostly honest dough. Now you're tellin' me that you've got some private patron and this whole thing may have been a bloody scam to get us to do what you say? Foebe - I trusted you." Katherine says, anger growing in her voice, her forhead showing distinctive furrows. "I vouched for you to this whole group and then you go turn your cheek like this?"
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine had been considering the situation, marveling at the engineering and trying to decide the best way to lovingly restore this wonder of craftsmanship... when Sansnom applies violence in a way that makes her heart weep. It works, but still... Thus, once the path is opened, Katherine leads the way, shooting a filthy look back at Sansnom in the process. Onwards!

Greatsword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 201d12 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 1 = 5 Katherine has got her eye in now and lands a firm blow just as Urram strikes. Greatsword: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 161d12 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 3 + 1 = 11 Her second blow is also on target, and has quite a lot more power behind it. Last action to move to a new target if/when the first dog goes down.

"So a bit of curiosity was the right thing then eh?" Katherine says pointedly, looking at the well made equipment. "If nobody wants them for what they are, I think I could have a play with em to make use of em some how as they're pretty fine quality." If anybody can make use of these, then great! Otherwise I suggest we transfer the rune to someone elses weapon.
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine perks up at the offer of rare metal and nods her agreement. "Who cares what we originally agreed to? I want this rare junk. One woman's junk is another woman's treasure and all that." Katherine, rather keen to get out of the mess of this junkyard, suggests that everybody gets on with it all. "No point hangin' around is there? Dont want the Shielmarshalls catchin' up with us."

Katherine rushes over to Irkem Dresh who was kind enough to show her around the bank only yesterday. Not wanting to do any lasting damage, but simply dissuade her from shooting at her peers she purposefully holds back.

Katherine follows closely behind the heavyset orc. She has disguised herself as a fairly unassuming woman with eyes slightly too close together and a wonky nose, clearly broken multiple times; her torso is protected by some armor, hastily covered up by a striped poncho. "Lightly on your feet now." She reminds everyone. "Dont wanna gain attention just yet."

"Well Im not usually a woman of excitement either Sansnom, just had to toss a few wrong'uns outta the bar on occasion but nothin major. Robbin a place cant be that hard now can it? Not when theyve not got everythin they need to protect em selves. Just need to make a decent plan before we go." She glances around at everyone, one at a time. "Let's just check we're all on the same page. Dawn and I went to the bank and theres no way of gettin in through the walls - they're solidly built with no weak points so no explosions would help. Not to mention it'd make a right mess." The frontway had very simple locks though, so that is always an option. The problem comes when Foebe asked us to make this a public embarrassment, so sneakin around for the whole time aint gonna achieve that. But we don't have to make our lives too hard either." "There about three bankers out front and another three on the inside. The three on the inside are the security and are probably easy to get our ways around em. They stop in randomly on their patrols, open the shutter on the light in their head, and then slowly move their head on their pivot in a full circle. We probly need to incapacitate them." "I think Dawn said she found a good side entrance that might be better than goin' in the front for starters. But for Foebe's sake we might wanna consider goin out that way, guns on show." Katherine looks pretty satisfied with her own findings so far but then realises its not much of a plan. "Where exactly do these keys you found let us in?"
F Human Inventor 2|
As she fits the hat snugly onto her head, she hears Staccato's muttering along, and her first thought goes to Loveless and how whole image flashes to that of the crooked Deputy's. "I know I can't go like this, but it sure would be a laugh." She muses, before imagining her own visage using a combination of her most disliked patron's features. "This'll have to do, I don' wanna pin the blame on someone innocent. The whole point o' the job would be wasted" She adds, loudly enough to make a point to everyone else in the room. "Now, we need to come up with a plan so everyone sit down an' I'll be nice enough to provide a drink upon the house while we concoct our invention." Katherine brings over a pitcher of ale and a load of tankards to the table before fetching her own immaculately clean beer glass from earlier. "We need to get a handle on this bank's layout and the workers there before we head in. I think I can do that by posin' as needin to set up a business account for this place. I'm thinkin' our performer here would be best at gettin an employee talkin' about their job with a bita persuasion." She says, turning towards Staccato. As long as others agree, she will pose as setting up an account for the business, and ask them to explain the security measures that will keep her money safe.

An incredulous bark of a laugh bursts out from one of the bar's owners leaning back casually against the door. "You're a right kühn Foebe but Im likin' your style." She pauses, bringing her finger to her pursed lips with a, purposefully fake, quizzical expression. "Dawn sounds like she's a useful sort but whatta bout the rest of ya fine folk?" Walking over to the small private bar, the lanky woman opens a locked cabinet and pulls out a clean looking glass, an unusual object in this establishment, ignoring all the other glasses already out on the bar. She starts shining the already pristine glass as she continues. "You say this is gonna make a mountain of money but you need to give up a bit more info before anyone will take your word on that." She holds the now-shining glass up to her eyes, inspecting it closely, shakes her head and starts rubbing at seemingly nothing, cleaning it further. "And who exactly do these folk think these enemies are? Its not like we're short on 'em, so I'm just checkin' we're all on the same lines and all. You can never be too sure." Nodding at her now immaculate glass her gaze travels around the room, sizing up each person, whether a new aquaintance or old whilst pulling herself a beer without needing to pay attention to the well-practiced process.

Katherine, on the other hand, goes to have a closer look - attempting to divine whatever she can about what exactly has happened to these patients. Medicine: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (17) + 13 = 30 "I recommend covering your nose and mouth." She says, "Ingesting the weapon would be most unwise." Because Talah probably would try and eat it if it was sitting around and colorful.
F Human Inventor 2|
"You aren't familiar with hellfire toxin then?" Katherine says. "It burns, down to the cellular level. You feel your body being consumed at the smallest possible level and it cannot be doused. That is what she's going to be making with the zayapedes. There is no logical reason for her to have only taken those particular zayapedes. So whatever you may think of her Agavena is not as altruistic as you think."
F Human Inventor 2|
The prospect of a deadly bioweapon being unleashed sends Katherine into a deep reverie, punctuated by occasional musings on whether a counter-weapon might be possible. This lasts right up until the music shop, where the complete lack of organisation shakes her out of her stupor just in time for fighting to break out again. "Really?" She asks in exasperation, doing as her captain says and focusing on the same robot as the others. Her dart is tipped with some special nanites she'd been working on as retaliation towards Chase if the mechanic ever tries another prank. This should prove to be a good field test. Needler: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 6 + 1 = 231d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Katherine tries the tok but almost immediately stops drinking it again when she realises just how much alcohol it seems to have. She attempts to warn her companions, but after being rebuffed she decides to simply keep her opinions to herself and retire early to read and try to avoid being disturbed by the rest of the crew and their 'nocturnal activities'. ------------------------------
F Human Inventor 2|
"Ben, there is no need to demean your crew - I believe they are all grown women...well perhaps Talah is not quite yet, but we should all be known as Ladies or Women, not girls. Girls implies a child." Katherine chastises, not being able to hold back the very fast spoken correction from spilling out of her lips. Needler Rifle: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 6 + 1 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

"Penny, that looks nothing like her. Perhaps you are missing your morning coffee or you might need your sight checked?" Katherine adds in a matter-of-fact tone before firing at the tendril with a particularly nasty akaline substance. Needler Rifle: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 damage and -2 target's AC Biohack use 1

Katherine shows a remarkable lack of concern for viscera and gore as she takes samples, apparently more excited by getting some of the nanites than she is repulsed by bodily fluids. Having gained her samples however she delivers them to her lab and then promptly returns to her room to change her clothes - proving that even the most unexpected temporary aberration in behavior will revert under normal conditions. "If anyone needs me I will be in my lab." She announces to no-one in particular, but Carolyn at least will be aware.
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine follows behind the Captain, as he heads off trailing an unfinished bandage. "Captain, I did not dismiss you yet!" Speaking out loud to the ship, Katherine cannot help but sound bitter. "Yes, I know that method is mathematically better but it is also slower and clearly the Captain does not appreciate lack of speed. Carolyn, how about you report on what is happening for us all rather than watching everyone apparently lose their heads in chaos?"
F Human Inventor 2|
As if in answer to Ben's question, Katherine assesses Ben from behind, looking intensely up and down his whole anatomy before stating, "To your quarters Captain. You need some extra support for that leg for at least a couple of days to ensure you can continue to walk on it with your usual swagger. I'll come help create a support bandage for you."
F Human Inventor 2|
"I can provide a serum if you are suffering from deficiencies in your leg muscles, Captain." Katherine offers helpfully, having still been some distance away when the grenade went off. "I certainly agree that we should finish the job as soon as possible. I do not want these... animals befouling our ship for any longer than strictly necessary!" Seeing no-one really hurt, she returns to her enercycle and mounts up, hoping that the rest of the job can proceed without any more messy distractions.
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine shakes her head as she watches the rest of the crew taking time out to banter in the midst of a firefight. Thankfully she keeps her head and fires on the sniper once more. Needler: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 This time she aims for where he has been but the irritating creature recoils from another shot and her dart goes wide.
F Human Inventor 2|
Since Ben seems to be on target for once, no doubt thanks to the focusing effects of adrenaline, Katherine aims for the sniper this time. Needler Rifle: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9 Correction: Katherine aims three feet to the sniper's left, hoping to draw him out of cover. Her shot is exactly where she intended it to be. Unfortunately the plan does not work, but that is because the sniper is too foolish - not because the plan was unsound.
F Human Inventor 2|
Life Science!: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 Katherine's brain goes into over drive trying to identify the off noises emanating from the ship wanting to make sure she is 100% accurate before stating her thoughts. "Defrex young; they sound newborn. Pretty ferocious things from Vesk-2 I recall." Recalling Penny's previous concerns, Katherine adds "These creatures aren't all that big, but some may be scared of them, but no need for particular concern, just view them as more obstacles in our way."
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine helps Penny, by offering moist towelette's and holding (at arm's length naturally) the disposal bags for the quartermaster to dispose of rubbish in. She looks at Boots and Ben blasting around on their bikes and glances at Penny. "They are rather child-like on those things aren't they?"
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine's face shows clearly how delighted she is at the prospect of carrying a huge collection of omnivorous waste creators. Then Penny has the excellent idea of tranquilising them for the entire trip. "An excellent idea Penny!" She agrees. "I will ensure we have something potent to keep them out for the entire trip."
F Human Inventor 2|
After the most recent debacle, Katherine is a little surprised Penny is being so helpful to their competitor but knows she must have a good reason. "Well Doctor, rather you than I on this planet, it seems like an impossible situation with no true resolution. Why they don't all just choose to go elsewhere I cannot understand. We will be choosing to go elsewhere, won't we Captain?" Katherine requests, directly to Ben. "Somewhere less toxic and with less business competition?"
F Human Inventor 2|
"Naturally we have the highest quality merchandise!" Katherine adds, giving the comprehensive list of statistics that Ben really should have given but didn't, for some reason Katherine absolutely cannot fathom. The skittermander is a doctor! That means she will require detail and scientific information! Not generic charm and borderline flirtation, if that's what he's even trying to do. Shaking her head in exasperation she continues her monologue. Life Sciences: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
F Human Inventor 2|
Katherine is just rebooting the drift buffers to clear the interference when Chase does exactly the same thing from the engineering console. She huffs in annoyance but has to accept, begrudgingly that the engineer is doing an exceptional job. Evaluate Weakness: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 Instead Katherine focuses on the opposing ship, activating a worm which gives her a passive view of the opposing ship's systems. "Their manifold is slow." She says quietly. "If we accelerate swiftly they won't be able to react quite as fast as is optimal."
