Kamii sneezed as a trickle of dust fell from the cavern roof and teased his snout.

He was in a sour mood, the elation he had felt when Kanzen and Kammella had destroyed each other fading a bit when he discovered, searching the camp and nearby cave system, that the artifacts that were Kammella's treasure trove, including his own confiscated artifact dagger, were nowhere to be found.

His mood had really sank when he felt Kanzen's powerful aura returning already, seemingly fully renewed and he had been forced to hide in the caverns to avoid getting slaughtered. She had simply raised her goblin servant from the dead then left but he hid still on the off chance she was waiting in ambush.

She had simply left without even trying to follow his trail which, on the one hand he was grateful for, but still pissed him off on some level.

Did she consider him so inconsequential?

Also; Kamella's physical form had been slain but her spirit was almost certainly intact and she would not forget Kamii's slight. He let out a bull like snort, clearing his nostrils, and considered.

The simple fact was that he was completely outmatched by those two, he didn't stand a chance, it would take a freaking god to defeat them...

Kamii smiled. "It comes full circle..." He considered, thinking of a certain Key in the possession of a group of heroes that would grant him access to a true divine apotheosis.

But how to get it? The party outmatched him and Kammella had stolen all his resources and allies...except for one group, one group so foul even Kammella, who enslaved Demons, wouldn't deal with.

Kamii's toothy grin widened to his ears.

A last post before I take off =) I'll be much more active when I get back. (assuming all goes well)

The world was an inferno.

Though the power of Kammella's attack had been entirely contained within her beam the flash of light accompanying it had been so intense it set the entire camp aflame; corpses, equipment, and buildings.

Ak'Gak had been reduced to a pillar of ash that still held his form, frozen in a look of surprise with his hands raised defensively.

Kanzen had vanished with the exception of a severed arm, mangled and scorched, that lay twitching on the ground, its nails clawing into the dirt as the hand reflexively grasped at nothing. Where is the rest of her? Kamii wondered; Disintegrated? Or had her corpse been tossed far away?

Kammella lay nearby, clawing at her throat. Though her neck hadn't been broken her windpipe had been crushed and she was gasping just enough air to survive with a horrible rattling noise. It looked like she didn't have long to live.

Kamii however, was in perfect shape. The binding spells that kept him prisoner were designed to prevent outside attempts to free him and the enchantments had entirely shielded him. He threw himself side to side and the enchanted chains came apart as if they were made of butter, not steel, their power spent.

Standing and tearing the remaining bindings off Kamii began to realize just how ridiculously lucky he gotten in this situation. He approached Kammella and stood over her. She stared up at his huge looming shape with hate in her eyes, she couldn't do much but choke though.

Looking down on the woman who had taken everything from him, Kamii thought to say something pithy but instead he just found himself laughing. Laughing in relief that he wasn't going to die horribly today and was free. Laughing in victory over the woman whom had consistently outmaneuvered him in the past. Laughing in malicious joy that two of his greatest enemies had destroyed each other and he was at least partially responsible.

He raised one massive clawed foot and brought it down on Kammella, smashing her like a bug and splattering gore in all directions across the ground.

"I won..." He said in a quiet whisper.

He raised all four arms and shouted to the sky in joy;

"I WON!"

Kamii sighs as the last Demon in Kammella's horde, a Balor, explodes with an agonized cry into searing flames in its death throes.

Whelp, f&%@ me. Kamii thinks as this final minion of Kammella's in her camp is slain. He had no affection for the escaped b!@~& and would normally be glad to see her forces slaughtered but in this particular case those minions were all that stood between him and the terrific force that cut down the entire army. A force that was coming for him.

Kamii, in his true form as a Glabrezu, was bound arms, legs, and neck with ensorcelled chains in a ritual circle in the center of Kammella's camp. Forced down into a kneeling posture he could move little but his head, a mixed blessing, as while he appreciated this little bit of freedom he could do little with it but watch his doom approach with greater accuracy.

His doom soon stood before him. She stood over seven feet tall, her figure statuesque, her form perfect. Her features had a precise symmetry and glorious proportion that no mortal woman could ever hope to match and her beauty was such that no man could conceive of it, even in his wildest fantasies. Silver hair poured down her back all the way to her waist. It had a color and life that only her eyes, of all the gorgeous things in the world, could match.

"You're just as I remember you." Kamii says with a fanged smile, swallowing hard in anxiety just after this bit of bravado.

Kanzen crosses her arms, her beauty framed oddly against a background of innumerable slaughtered mortal and Demon corpses packed thickly across a large field that were all that remained of Kammella's army.

"Oooooo you gonna get it now." Ak'Gak declares as he approaches from behind Kanzen, his black knobby head bouncing with enthusiasm.

Kanzen reaches up with one hand and touches the red slice in her cheek, still unhealed from the damage inflicted by the artifact dagger Kamii had sliced her with.

"You seem...much diminished." She says to Kamii, both her face and tone expressionless. For some reason Kamii finds this even more threatening than rage.

He knew he was dead, and he knew his death would be slow and ugly, suddenly though he knew what Kanzen was picking up on.

A wide, malicious smile spread across his face.

"You know, I didn't plot your violation alone...let me tell you about a spirit named Kammella..."
