A massive mound of misshapen muscle looms large above you. Standing seven and a half feet tall, covered in pox marks, scars and shiny smooth melted flesh, is a creature so savage as to make barbarians cringe in fear. What small space on his scalp has thus far escaped mutlation sprouts patches of thick bristly black hair. He wears a breastplate gouged and dented by numerous foes. Resting on his shoulder is a huge hammer with spikes on both its faces; an earthbreaker. Strapped to his back is a wickedly sharp silvered falchion. He stares ahead, eyes vacant, almost completely blocking the wide boulevard with his bulk. At your continued complaint, he blinks several times then looks down at you as if you have appeared from thin air. He bares his teeth and you cringe, thinking he is threatening you until he chortles and you realize he is only trying to smile through his ruined face. He reaches up into a great pack upon his back and pulls out a chain. As he reaches out to hand you the chain you see the cuffs on each end; these are manacles. 'Hello! Put these on!', he cheerfully demands.

Unsure of how to respond and looking around at everyone else on the street, you see passersby suddenly looking away at anything else that they can claim to have caught their attention. A clear strident voice of a woman who obviously commands attention and respect, calls out, 'Kagar! Put those away. You know not everyone is yours for the sale.' A beautiful woman approaches with a swarm of halflings attending her. She smiles and your heart leaps in painful lusting while freezing in your chest as you recognize the Paracountess Zarta Dralneen of Cheliax walking to you. The giant responds, 'Yes, mistress.' as he puts the manacles away.
