I have attempted to purchase the physical Pathfinder 2e book multiple times.
My first attempt saw me first update my address and my payment method. I got to the checkout, I was asked for my Security Code. I entered it, looked away, then looked back and realised I'd not clicked Complete. I clicked it, saw a short loading animation, and then nothing happened.
I went back to my account, deleted the payment method (thinking I'd entered something wrong), then tried again. The Order page said that my payment method had been declined. I got to the final page, entered my Security Code exactly as printed on my card, and the same thing happened.
Just now, I tried again, having found that, apparently, that was caused by the address not being exactly like on my account. I remade my payment method, duplicating the address exactly (though I did not have either City, State/District, or Postcode in my app, but I'm fairly certain they're there). I went into the order, got to Place Order, and clicked. The short animation appeared, and then nothing happened. I wasn't even prompted to enter my security code.
I sent an e-mail to Customer Service at this point. I'm just making this post as a follow up.
I went back to my payment method, entered my address again with a few changes, then tried again. Same result.
I use a different address for shipping than my billing address. Further, I've looked in my bank account, and there are six pending transactions listed, totalling €377.46. From what I've read, those transactions should be cancelled in a few days. But I thought the transactions put through to confirm the card would be for €1 or some small amount, or did I misunderstand?
