I hate complaining as well (unless its about complainers, hey I live in a red state) but Im with Razz on this. The expanded PrC info is a waste. I dont need 4 pages of flavor text about a PrC that will most likly never be seen in my game. Im all in favor of fluffier content in the WoTC books, but not with PrCs.
I scoured the city once again for the latest instalment of my favorite magazine. Much to my dismay no one has it. I have personlly checked about 8 stores and called another 4-5 no one has it. Where o where could it be? Last time I posted a where is the dungeon magazine in Wichita thread the magazine showed up the next day. Heres to superstition. cheers!
I am making the Chisal a fringe group of House Cannith. The whats his name Spellmason was a adventerous member of house Cannith who pacified the region for monetary purposes. After a while House cannith left "Spellmason" D'cannith and his secretive and odd familiy aone. To this day the Chisel is given wide berth by the House, they are eccentric and secretive. As long as House cannith recives its share of profits the Cauldron region is left to the the Chisel.
Where would you place Carceri in Eberrons cosmology? What about Occipitis? Since Carceri is a prison plane I was thinking about turning it into a city (with 20-30 million prisoners). It would house offenders of planer law, its guards would remain demodands. As a "city" it could be placed on any plane. Savarath, mabar, dolhurrah (sp?; realm of the dead), Syrania, even Dannai. Occipitus is eaiser. Kythri or Savarath. What do you guys think?
I just want to encourage everyone to post their Eberron conversion notes. It is a ton of work and if you guys are like me you just "wing" it with very few actual "notes" taken. But for those of you with better brains and more time then myself, I humbly request that you keep your Eberron notes coming. The adventure path is awsome. Neither me or the guys I play with want to leave Eberron for some time. I feel it would be a waste of a great adventure (and the 60 dollars I spent on the hardcover) if we didnt have some sort of conversion for SC:AP. Thanks
Sean Halloran wrote: My question is what is stopping the PCs from selling the lanterns they can find and just leaving Diamond Lake with the money they make? They could easily take a carriage to the Free City on the money. I belive a commoner would be hesitant to enter the cairn. Between the ghostly wind and rapid wolves Im sure all but the most adventerous of spirits would venture to far inside. And if the best they come up with is to loot the same few lanterns once every tear...well not to adventerous I would say. Anyways they would flood the local market with the lanterns and reduce the offering price after a few years. As far as finding the lanterns goes...my players hate the water as well(to many penalties for actions). I plan on having the submerged area only 4-5 feet deep. It dosent change much in the adventure much at all. |
