Jun laughs softly, twisting the tune in to a sorrowful promonade. "Veldrin, dear bone bag, I was kidding. You know I respect the terrible power you weave! And yes, you do call me a pacifist sissy, all the time. Like at breakfast. This morning!" Smiling, Jun offers the lich a hand in friendship.

Jun sits cross legged in one of the large squashy armchairs, pouring himself a cup of tea, before blowing on it softly and taking a sip. When Dalnen mentions he used to study at a temple, Jun smiles fondly. "Ah yes Master Vasir. I am indeed a Monk. Well... I used to be. I do not know what you would call me now!" He laughs softly, stroking his chin in thought. "Now... Master Beschi, you are of some interest around the Inn it seems. You have a faint scent of the grave about you, but I hazard to guess you are not a zombie!" He laughs softly, taking another sip of tea, as he picks up his Harp and begins to strum a soft spritley tune. "Hmm... There are so many types of undead like that bag of bones behind the counter there, that I probably would be better off asking you, rather than guessing. So that will be my first question. Then, you may ask me one. Seem fair?" Jun smiles, the tune twisting in to something a tad sadder, before spiraling in to merriment once more.

Jun stands slowly and stretches, shaking off the lethargy that had set in to his muscles. 'I have been too long from the world it seems...' Sighing, he moves to the bar, propping himself against it, before staring around the room. 'So many things to do, all the time in the world to do them!' Nodding softly, the man frowns, staring down on a spot of drink that has spilled on to his hand, before pulling a cloth from his pocket. Wetting the cloth with a small skin of water he keeps at his belt, he wipes the spot clean, before drying his hand on a small piece of toweling. 'There. All better!' Nodding in satisfaction, he turns towards the two men standing at the bar. 'Interesting...'

Jun frowns for a moment before smiling. "I am afraid I do not. I apologize for that. But perhaps if you could hum some of their works I could see if I have heard any of it before. I am afraid I have been out of the world for a spell!" He smiles and pours two goblets of the Elven wine, offering the mysterious woman one.

Sighing softly, Jun sets the harp down on the table before him, before standing. Stretching slowly, Jun sighs before walking to the bar. "Can I get a bottle of Elven Wine and two goblets please?" Pulling some gold from his pocket, he lays the coins on the counter.

He smiled up at the woman as she approached. When she began to speak, he frowned softly in thought, before setting his fingers to the harp once more. He began to play. The chords he struck seemed to dance. His fingers twirled across the strings. He played a soft, sorrowful tune, one that seemed to echo about the room. There was no magic in the notes, none but the pure, unadulturated magic that music could weave. The tale he told with each note, each rise and fall of beat and tempo, was one of sorrow and loss, one of love and hope. It reached a heart wrenching crecendo, before cutting off violently. He looked up and smiled at the woman, before frowning softly and attempting to speak. "I am afraid I did not understand what you asked m'Lady. Do we share this language?" He tried Celestial first, just out of interest.

Jun stirs slowly, his body relaxing back in to his chair as he pulls himself out of his trance like meditation. Stretching slowly, he pops each muscle in his shoulder, one by one, till he felt a serene wave of peace flow through his whole body. Sitting back, he flicked his eyes over the room, making note of anything of interest. Perception-1d20 + 90 ⇒ (4) + 90 = 94 He passed over the House Cat in the rafters, before his eyes dart back, as the cat evaporates and appears near another patron. "So... Not what you seem hey? Then again, who is?" He sighed, his eyes flicking toward the sallow character who had just entered. "Well now... What is this?" Marking him out for later investigation, Jun raised his hand, signalling to the Bartender for a bottle of strong rice wine, before he sat back once again, pulling a harp from the chair beside him. Sitting back, he began to strum softly on the harp. Perform(String)-1d20 + 29 ⇒ (5) + 29 = 34 His fingers danced lightly across the strings, spinning a soft sad melody. Jun focused, giving himself over to the music completly.

Well the thing is it is a game based mostly around Rp, so the stats are not too important. Most of the Combat will be PC on PC and I think I am the most ambitious build out there. I should still win out, even with it like this. I like the extra skill and AC. let em try and hit me, Ill just prattle History at them! :) Haha It is not meant to be a pure combat focused build, the backstory and Rp is the big part so... It should be okay. Also the GM is giving me epic abilities too. -Nods- So they will boost him higher. I like him though! Bar I need to finish him. That I do not like! |
