In the text its states held as a way to give the helpless condition. Now my question is, If a monster is big enough (3 sizes larger) would you consider them being able to hold someone? Like a medium character just picks up a diminutive character would you say that meets the criteria for the diminutive character to be helpless. Personally I would but I cant find anything in the forums to support it.

My group and I have been arguing this for a couple hours now. The stacking of IUD and uncanny. The level 10 ninja in our group wants to take a level in shadowdancer. He says because he already has IUD from his ninja he want be flanked by a level 14 or lower. I have argued he can't stack his uncanny dodge bonus from the shadow dancer because he has not achieved that ability from his shadowdancer yet. The rules seem a little vague to us so I was wondering if there was an errata or somethung

If a monster has a specific rule you should follow that rule. Much like the dragons bite attack you add strength and a half to damage instead of just straight strength.

So Golems are immune to magic unless specified. So have this problem before me.

Carrion Golems have this listed under their stat block for "Immune to Magic" : Any magical attack that deals cold or fire damage slows a carrion golem (as the slow spell) for 2d6 rounds (no save).

Does this mean Fire and Cold damage spells actually do damage or is it just converted to a Slow effect?

They would just be slowed like the slow spell

True form can effect supernatural transformations. The alchemist mutagen is a supernatural type and the description does state a change in shape. Could a wizard cast true form to momentarily kick an alchemists out of his mutagenic version.
