For some reason y'all shipped out my order in six boxes. I've received five of the six boxes, but it's been several days since I got the shipment and am wondering what happened to the last one.

FYI: one of the small boxes was a bit crumpled (but the contents were okay). I'm wondering if the final, missing box just got totally smashed or tore open in their machines.

Anyway, I've tried to look up the shipping information but the website that the tracking number links to crashes on every attempt to load, and it doesn't look like a standard tracking number to throw into main USPS site.

Here is the relevant information from the package that has not arrived. Can you look up and see what the status is? If it's totally lost, can you ship out another one?

I saw that my shipping charges jumped from $8~ to over 20. Please cancel the order altogether. I'll order the books and cards some other time.

I'd like to remove the Rise of the Runelords book from my order and then re-process the remaining items in my order when you're able to do so.

Can you do that or do I need to cancel the entire order and then re-create it?

Okay. My main concern was that the website shows the method of payment expiring as of today, I wasn't sure if this cancelled the order outright. I understand the delay, just didn't want it to be cancelled completely.


Hello,

I placed my order on the 14th. The transaction posted to my checking account, but then two days later turned into 'pending auth' for 3 days and as of today is no longer listed in my account as a charge.

Your system reports that the transaction will expire as of tomorrow.

I don't want to lose out on this order. The funds -are- in the account. Please re-charge my method of payment so my order can be completed/shipped.
