Aaaand I missed the end due to stuff at home. I'm glad we managed properly! Thanks for DMing, and thanks for running with us everyone!

Reflex save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

Jomanda deftly avoids MOST of the acid, but still takes a stinging burn to the arm. As she spins to avoid the acid she comes around with a spinning kick toward the remaining elemental.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Critical threat confirmation: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

Second damage roll: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

Jomanda sidles past Valon's position and attempts to strike at the damaged Elemental, striking a dramatic pose in time with her punch and music unheard by others.

Oh hey my fluff post didn't go through.

Jomanda's eyes sparkle not unlike the gems just handed to her. "Just doing our duty, sir." she says to Boss in a tone that definitely doesn't match her expression before heading off to blow all the gifted gems practicing her ability to read others.

Ugh, forums ate my post. Gotta retype it

Jomanda peers carefully at the woman until she recognizes her trickery. She approaches the nearest guard-person and notifies them about the problem. "Mind if I join in? What's the buy-in for this one?" she asks as she sits at the table and makes a long-winded show of shuffling through her meager purse, attempting to stall.

Wow. Just wow. I played a game last week with a different character that every single player's rolls were at least that bad, if not worse. Needless to say, it didn't go well. 0 fame/pp from it.

Well, Jomanda can stand at the end of the hall as a sentry, she's pretty good at spotting things. Not much else she's going to be good for here. We might just need to hope for a successful UMD roll from Xukong

Jomanda digs through her pockets, pulling out some lint, a small string, a stick, and some old, strange chewed-on material. Finally she finds a single gold coin and 8 silver coins hidden in her chest wrapping. "About all I've got, friends. I don't travel with much."

Jomanda has a +4 climb without armor. Not the greatest, no skills points assigned to it. Never actually seen many people put points INTO climb before.

"Let me test the waters and see what's going on here."

Jomanda unbuckles her leather armor drops it on the ground before doing a few stretches. She approaches the wall and studies it for a moment.

Climb (no armor): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22

She can't quite make out the tripwire from this angle but she reaches up and grasps the first part of the wall. Feeling rather surefooted, she quickly finds her marks and pulls herself up to the 7 foot mark.

Perception again if allowed?: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

The tripwire must be just behind a foothold from her field of view, because she still cannot see it.

"Alright, I'll stay here and help people up from this point. I've got a good hold."

Would this be an aid another that I can make, even though I'm already on the wall?

Yes indeed that's what I planned. I'll just post as though it didn't go screwey with my rolls

Jomanda smirks at the Captain, then hurls her buckler into the air. She immediately drops to the ground and shimmies under the wire as fast as she can, barely standing up in time on the other side to catch the shield on its way down. She strikes the same ridiculous pose. "Hmph."

Huh. So that's weird. I originally rolled and got 16 and 14, and then when I made space to add the strength roll and some text, it... rerolled my second Escape Artist check? I thought it was scripted to keep the rolls.

For the most part, yes. I haven't really been keeping up with Diamond is Unbreakable, but the first two seasons were great. Honestly just not the biggest fan of the Stands(otherwise I'd be a summoner). The original idea was to "ORA ORA ORA ORA" someone's sword/armor to pieces with Pummeling Strike into Greater Sunder for punch-through damage. It does seem like I can still do that, just can't bypass the hardness with it (??)

The jury is still out on that one, I need to see if I can get a FAQ for it, and the Rules Forums has been less than helpful. I need to know if only the 'hit' that finishes off breaking the weapon will count with Greater Sunder or if it will allow me to add all the hits (minus hardness for each one) and then count that as the damage to the object.

Yes indeedy! Jomanda's entire character concept is "If you need to fight with a weapon, you're not man enough", and then she snaps your sword in half with her fists.

I was planning on a Pummeling Style build for sundering, but I learned that (for whatever weird reason) the Pummeling Style effect only works on DR, not hardness.

That would be great! I was just now doing some research to see if I could do it myself.
FYI, this character is focused on sundering, and I have a hardness/item HP quick cheat sheet at my disposal (I planned ahead). If we end up fighting anything with specific weapons, I'm going to end up wanting to know the material/type of armor etc. I apologize for any inconvenience.
