A guy walking down the street is suddenly set upon by 3 rogues. He battles them ferociously for nearly 30 turns before being subdued. Upon surrendering the lead rogue cuts open the mans purse and finds only 3 coppers!

"Are you kidding me?!?" he says. "You fought like demon from the Abyss for 3 lousy coppers?"

The man replied "You just wanted the 3 coppers? I thought you were after the 500 gold in my shoes?"

Glad you got your books back.

Erik's right that Class Acts takes up too much space now. I like the Ed Greenwood stuff too. And if you ever drop the comics I'm outta here!

That said I'd like to see some more author profiles. LE Modesitt's Recluse, Steven Brust's Dragera (Yes, I have that issue but updating is needed.) and so many other author's worlds would fit nicely into D&D campaigns. With so many useable ideas out there why not tap into them.(With permission of course.)

Keep up the great work.

I'm impressed with how many people made interesting characters their first time out. For me it was Fall of 1984 and a fighter named The Red Knight. (My friend was the Black Knight so...yeah.) Old ready for anything last a whole week until he put on a gauntlet filled with rot grub. After that my Killer DM toyed with him a couple more days and pulled the plug by having this 1st level whipping boy sucked into a portal to the 9 Hells. We didn't even bother to role-play the end.

Here's an idea. Give us some cool insert and don't tell those other saps! It's like these kids with big mouths ruining it for everybody AND their Hot Teachers ;)Keep it on the down low and no one will be the wiser.

I want a Championship DVD to "Relive the Magic".

Dude,

I'd love to but it's July 20th and I still haven't received my last issue. Get your subscribers taken care of and maybe we'll love you back.

In all fairness I likED Wil Save but it has gotten sad. Maybe he could try to LISTEN to some of the criticisms.

As far as Wil adding to sales...maybe we're coming back to Dungeon because the adventures and cover art are better. I don't know your demographics research but I'd guess that the people who remember Wil from STNG aren't just discovering Dungeon.

I'd like free convention listing page there or another Zogonia.

If Wil's been hurt by this thread tell him we're sorry, Then ask if he's got Alf's number and if he's available to write Alf Save.

My Buffy idea:

Your heroes find a magical flute in a bundle of treasure. When someone blows the flute it casts cure light wounds to all who hear it. The problem is that now EVERYONE has to sing anything they would otherwise say. It will be tough to be a wizard but imagine if you were to meet your arch enemy and now you have to singto one another prior to battle. Definitely fun to role-play. Effects could be temporary or not.

Vlarill is the greatest thief of his generation. He did the unthinkable. He has stolen the Amulet of Asmodeus from the Tomb of Glasya, his daughter. While the Amulet has given Vlarill untold powers, it has a habit of opening gates to Hell wherever he goes.

Asmodeus wants his Amulet back and has promised great treasures for the ones who bring him the thief. Now every devil from Hell is looking for him and did I mention, he just walked into the tavern? Which side will your "heroes" join?

YES!!!!!!!

killing everyone present.

ASEO, you didn't convince me. You say that Wil Save should be in Dragon instead of Dungeon? I'm offended that you want to soil my Dragon like that. Shame on you! Wes...er...Wil's column belongs on his home computer where the people who care can read it all he wants.

HI!

I just moved out to western Arizona this summer. I'm looking for any players in my area (any games). It'd be great to get together an play something....anything! Let me know if you're interested. I'm willing to drive. :)

Hi I'm in the Phoenix Area and have been looking to do the same thing.

...off a cliff.

It's been dry in the countryside. Too dry. The crops are lost, the lakes and streams are near empty, and the forests are virtual powder kegs. Something or someone is causing this. The PC's need to find out fast. Storms are on the way but there's no rain in those clouds only lightning and wind.

Why wouldn't they (the baddies) try to ambush your PCs on the battle groung of their choosing? This could result in captures or even a member or two of the party being bitten by the were beasts. What eaiser way to infiltrate a lycanthrope group than to become one if only temporarily. Your PCs might even like a change in abilities. Of course there are always side effects..:)

Alright guys when can we expect to see these classics on DVD here in the states. My UK friends have them now it's our turn. Any thought to a new cartoon? Look what it's done for all the card games.

I got mine early last week. They take FOREVER.

Sentient weopons have always been a favorite of mine. What happens if a character has two and, although similarly aligned, they have conflicting egos? What happens when a sentient weopon feels an opponent is beneath them? Could be funny or disasterous. Heck, I'd even write it for you.
