About Jehir Jahanet'aiBOTME Instructions:
* Jehir always uses photon mode for extra damage. * He carries the Tactical Doshko and the Spear at the same time - each takes two hands. * If he is in a place with a lot of people shooting at range he will seek cover and throw the spear. He won't stand in the middle of a room trying to "draw fire." * He will not move after throwing the spear since the spear returns to the spot where it was thrown from. * If he can move and attack he will use the Tactical Doshko. * If he is in melee and the enemy is hard to hit he will use the Doshko. * If the enemy doesn't seem too hard to hit then he will full attack with the spear. * If he is aware of combat before it starts he will activate the solar armor, but in the middle of a fight it is unlikely he will have time. To Mr. Duravor Kreel, Starfinder Society Headquarters, Absalom Station:
Dear Mr. Kreel: I received your message with some surprise as I am not sure how you received my name or information. However, I was pleased by your message as the Starfinder Society is an organization I would be honored to join. I was born and raised among a group of Kasatha settler families living on Akiton. We were part of a group from the Idari that decided that if conquest of Akiton was not possible, perhaps peaceful settlement was. My family and their group were living in a traditional lifestyle that eschewed most tehnology. Our group was nomadic and we interacted often with the Shobhads of Akiton. While my family was largely happy, as I grew older I realized that Akiton could never be a true 'homeworld' for my people. I was never sure about what to do about this, but I felt that it was important that I do something. As for my education and experience, when I came into my teens I began studying the way of the solarian at a monastery near Ka that served the Kasatha nomad-settlers of the region. After several years I graduated, having been trained with weaponry and the powers of the stars. After I graduated, I chose to seek the stars themselves, in the hopes that I might discover another world that might serve as a new homeworld for my people. I signed on a merchant vessel and served on board that ship for several months. I also competed in many of the games offered at the gladiatorial arenas on Eox that you may know as 'The Halls of the Living.' I am aware that the Starfinder Society primarily consists of explorers, and I acknowledge that I have few abilities of a scientific nature. But I am certain that thre are times when Starfinders must find themselves fighting for their lives against all kinds of perils that must exist out in the Vast, and it stands to reason that trained fighters are of great value accompanying such expeditions. These are abilities that I offer. The Starfinder Society would give me an opportunity to explore the galaxy without forcing me to do so on my own. As I mentioned earlier in my message, I have become convinced that the Kasatha people must have a new homeworld. Surely out there in the Vast there must be a suitable world that we can colonize? The Idari is too small, and anywhere else in the Pact Worlds we will always be a minority. As is a tradition among my people, I have made it my 'life-quest' to seek such a world. As to 'what held me back,' well... as I mentioned at the beginning of my message, the application to join the Society was made on my behalf without my knowledge, and I believe that one of my patrons on Eox did so for purposes that they have not shared with me. Read into that what you may. What I will assure you though is that if I am put into a position where I must choose loyalties, I will resign from the Society rather than work against it. As to legal issues, well, there is something worth mentioning. The merchant starship Mudshark upon which I served as a deckhand for several months was seized in the vicinity of Aucturn by Drow Authorities. We were accused of piracy and smuggling, and despite the falsehood of these claims we were quickly tried and sentenced, and the ship and cargo were confiscated. I was sent to the Halls of the Living on Eox as a part of a 'work-release' program in which my earnings in the games went towards my 'debt to society.' But I want to emphasize most strongly that the charges were completely false, and it is only through the severe corruption of the Aucturn legal system (if you can even call it that) that I have any criminal history. It all came down to our captain neglecting to pay a certain bribe. The house which framed and tried us earned a great deal in doing so, even in my own case of the funds they received from the Eoxians. My time in the Halls of the Living has changed me, and I no longer feel I can return home to my family. But among the Starfinder Society I have the chance to fulfill my life-quest and redeem myself in the eyes of my people.
