There is at least 1 feat that has "covertly" been added:

Hamatulatsu. 2 versions of this feat have been printed.

The original in Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting (pg 83)says "Special: Hamatulatsu may be selected as a substitute bonus feat at 2nd level by a monk even if the monk does not otherwise meet the prerequisites.

A second version was printed in the Inner Sea World Guide (pg 287). It says "Special: Hamatulatsu may be selected as a substitute bonus feat at 6th level by a monk even if the monk does not otherwise meet the prerequisites...."

So there may be more in other books. If anyone else runs across any, please post.

Umm, it should be noted that the 3000gp cost to enchant Nexavarian Steel only applies to the 1st time it is enchanted, not everytime it is enchanted. So, if you spend the 12 prestige points to get the +1 version, since it has already has been enchanted to +1, that 3000gp cost must have already been paid.
