Thanks for the feedback gents. I'd buy all of you an ale at the local tavern if it were possible.

Scenario: A fighter disarms a creatures sword and it falls to its feet. My Unseen Servant picks up the disarmed sword and brings it back to me.

Another player says: No because the US picking up the disarmed sword provokes an AOO which puts the US into combat disallowing the US from picking up the disarmed sword.

Is this scenario allowed or not?

Thanks for the help guys.

Can an Eidolon be the target of a Wand of True Strike used by its summoner?

Below rules show that an Eidolon can be the target of Summoner "you" spells. UMD uses the wand as if its on the spell list and wand activation uses the wording "casts a spell" when activating the wand. This would make the answer to the above question yes. Is this interpretation of the rules correct?

Share Spells (Ex)
The summoner may cast a spell with a target of “you” on his eidolon (as a spell with a range of touch) instead of on himself. A summoner may cast spells on his eidolon even if the spells normally do not affect creatures of the eidolon’s type (outsider). Spells cast in this way must come from the summoner spell list.

Use a Wand, Staff, or Other Spell Trigger Item: Normally, to use a wand, you must have the wand's spell on your class spell list. This use of the skill allows you to use a wand as if you had a particular spell on your class spell list. Failing the roll does not expend a charge.

Activation: Wands use the spell trigger activation method, so casting a spell from a wand is usually a standard action that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity. (If the spell being cast has a longer casting time than 1 action, however, it takes that long to cast the spell from a wand.)

Thanks for the replies.

Scenario: An Eidolon has used its Evolutions to be proficient in Greatsword in each of 4 sets of arms. She has Shield of Swings and each Greatsword is a +5 Defender.

Question:
1.) Do the Shield of Swings stack with each other giving a +16 Shield Bonus to AC?
2.) Will using max Defender on each sword stack for a +20 to AC?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
