Thank you, Cos. You’re a f#$@!&g genius.

Hi Cosmo,

Some months ago I realized I had misnumbered the postcode on “My Account”. Since I don’t want my mail carrier to get pissed, I corrected it on “My Subscriptions”. Much to my surprise my Pathfinder subscription keeps coming with the wrong postcode (08221), even if other non-subscription orders do arrive with the right one (08225).

What am I doing wrong? Could you help me?

Hi, Cosmo. I still haven’t received Pathfinder #2. I wrote a message to Paizo’s Customer Service on October 14th, and got Corey’s gentle reply asking to be patient. However, three weeks later I don’t think Pathfinder #2 is still on its way to Spain. Would it be possible to get a replacement shipped with my Pathfinder #4?

Thanks in advance.

Xavier

Cosmo, my Pathfinder #2 is also missing (order # 812841). I sent an e-mail to Customer Service on Wednesday, but I haven’t got any reply. Was there any problem with my e-mail? Or is it that you haven’t caught up with back mail yet?

Thanks,

Xavier

Pathfinder #1 was in Spain in just three weeks. I’ve read Paizo gave access to the PDF version of Pathfinder #2 before it actually left the warehouse, but that was four weeks ago in the worst-case scenario.

According to Cosmo’s explanation, domestic subscribers should wait until November the 8th to start claiming, but when should international subscribers press the panic button?

Thank you,

Xavier

I've just checked my credit card and Paizo has already charged Pathfinder subscription. Is there anyone else out there in the same situation? Does that mean Pathfinder #1 .pdf is ready to be downloaded?

Man, if you don’t like USPS you should move to Spain and give ours a shot. It’s just so appalling (especially in my hometown) that it hit the news. In the summer letters aren’t delivered for months. That’s a pain for every Tom, Dick and Harry, but it wreaks havoc on some companies because they don’t get invoices delivered or paid.

Let me share with you some useful information about the Spanish PS:
- Considering Spain is the size of California, sending a letter or a parcel is more expensive and it takes longer than in the States.
- Even if they have to, our mailmen (or letter carriers) never deliver parcels or big heavy envelopes. They just leave a slip of paper in your mailbox telling you to pick your parcel up from the post office downtown.
- If there’s something labelled as ‘fragile’ or ‘do not bend’, they’ll do their best to stuff it in your mailbox (as long as it’s not heavy), so they don’t have to ring your doorbell or try again the following day.
- It’s not unussual to find a note warning you to pick your parcel immediately or it’ll be returned to sender, even though no-one told you that you had mail.
- Some parcels or letters never reach the destination, especially if there’s something valuable inside.
- When classifying postcards, they read them out loud to each other.

I’m not making this up. My cousin’s husband worked temporarily for them.
