Jasper is a Long Arms user and unless the team or the mission says otherwise will use lethal DMG with his Arc Static Rifle. If for some reason the enemy has resistance to Electric then he'll switch to his Azimuth Laser Rifle and if they also have resistance to that then Autotarget Rifle.

*If Jasper misses twice in a row he'll cast Magic Missile as a Full Action if possible on the target.
