Jamila pulls Ashasar to the side when she has the chance. Telepathically We got off to a rough start, but by the end we’re working well,... in concordance. I had my doubts about a few, but in the end they were assuaged.

Clearly Jamila states with a bit of a smirk. She was beginning to have doubts about this Mephit, but his expertise shown through.

Sorry for the delay. I wasn’t seeing the update dots and then the sute was having issues with being down. But it was mostly my fault.

Jamila centers herself and uses her innate ability to grow in size. As her form increases she has to use her ability to fly to stay on the small ledge.

Jamila drops her bow and draws her sword, taking one swing with it against the fire wisp. +1longsword: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 12 + 1 = 331d8 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 6 + 1 = 10
confirm?: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 12 + 1 = 171d8 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 = 13
Her blow lands well, but she is unsure of the effect it may have.

I think we have found the source of the disturbance. Jamila comments, Unfortunately, I am not sure it can be reasoned with.
Jamila draws her bow and losses an arrow. bow: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 9 + 2 = 271d8 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 2 = 7

Thank you, friends. Jamila says as her burns fade away. I am ready as well. She continues as she brings to float in the air and move in the direction of the portal. Ready to follow whomever wants to go through first.

I think this is where we stand health wise. It would be wise to be at full health before we continue.
Ember 32/57
Jamila 43/60
Krakos 12/51
Octaris 71/71 <== fast healing
Ryhol 21/64
Zephyr 16/51

That lightning left us in a bad way, we are lucky no one died. Hopefully nothing like that happens again.

Zephyr, if you don’t mind providing some healing, I am sure we can reimburse you upon our return. Jamila says as she surveys the group.

Jamila looks her companions over. Some of us are worse for the wear. Do anyone have a decent method of healing on them... Before we start moving on to another task.

Jamila rushes over to Zepher. Double move If you need it I have a potion in my backpack to heal you up. Cure light Wounds

Hearing the increasing hum once more Jamila quaffs her potion of resist energy (electricity) in hopes of staving off the worst of another attack. Skill can take these apart, not just strength.

Thanks :)

Jamila examines the crystal in the northwest room, trying to see a less destructive method of disabling it. perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12 Yup, that’s abour right ;)

Wow, thanks for the help on this :)
I’m having a bit of difficulty updating the tactical slide from my iPhone.

Here is my data of someone can help me. If not I’ll get it updated from my PC tomorrow.
Init +6
Fort +8
Ref +8
Will +6
Perception +11
Sense Motive +11

Jamila double moves next over to the crystal in the northwest room. I am on my phone at my in laws so I can’t move my icon. (I get along well with my in laws so it’s not a bad thing) I have this one, she calls out as she runs by.

perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19 Jamila is in awe once more of the room, failing to notice some important detail.

perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23
Jamila fingers her way through the assorted books before coming across an old ledger. Something about it catches her eye and as she inspected it she relays her findings to the group. This library once belonged to a djinni named Pahwal ijil Ranginori, who was aparantly a devout worshiper of someone called Ranginori. I am not familiar with this being, are any of you?

I hope we find what we are looking for soon. Jamila says with a look of wonder and impatience on her face. She walks up behind the angry thoqqua, and stands ready to enter the next room. As she is about to follow him, she says wait, one second

She reaches out with her mind and asks Is anyone here?

Sensing the Thoqqua’s growing impatience, Jamila attempts to persuade his furry soul to patience. Placing her hand on him she communicates with him mentally. Have patience, my friend. There may be much use of your inferno yet.

Jamila looks and listens, trying to find any waiting entities before they find her. perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 her senses well tuned.

Ah Octaris, that was well done. Why don’t you tell us what you know of this storm. Jamila smiles a little at the handling of the wyrds, but has turned her attention to the present situation.

Jamila, unhappy with her slow progress tries to influence gravity like the others. will: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Aided by gravity she nearly catches up with the last box.

Nearly have this one!

Jamila continues to chase after the sky charts, using her fly speed to move as fast as she can. I can see how this is a complex encounter.

Jamila changes direction to fly after the black box. fly check: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17

Jamila will flat after the red box holding the astrolabe. fly check: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33

fly: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33
Knowledge planes: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25
Would like to know about their cultural proclivities.

Jamila is launched free of the ship but is more than comfortable flying and manages to avoid any real harm.

perception take 10: 10 + 11 = 21

No, Ember is right. There is a tower in the dark, perhaps the purple haze has been blown away by the storm.

Octaris, surely one of your understanding would be able to see beyond mere apearances and notice the sturdy nature of this lifeboat. Would you rather ride in a fancy boat made of paper or this sturdy vessel?

Looking to the horizon, Come, let us get started.

sense motive: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24
I think you will find that we can serve as a functioning crew. Shall we begin?

The daredevil makes sense to me too, as what we are asking is quite risky. Though his ship might need some help. We will ask him first.

Leading the group over to the captain, Jamila introduces her companions and then cuts strait to business Nix, what we are proposing is considered by many to be foolish and unwise. But we hear that you excel in these situations. We would like to hire you to take us as close as you can to the center of these disturbances in the winds. Are you the man for the job? diplomacy: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26

I live right next to the mountains, about as far away from any ships. And by the way. I think that would be funny that an oread tries to look forward in a ship just to see that he is in the back!

;) No worries, I think that mental image would be funny too. As an aside, I am a Naval Officer, ships are my proffesion. If we get to describing mountains, be ready to help me out too.

Jamila at first seems uncompfortable at being ridden, but her demeanor quickly changes and she smiles, offering her shoulder to the small dragon.

Helikon, I don’t think we found a ship yet :) Also the stern is the rear of a ship ;)

GM:
Telepathically - Thank you for the information and your trust.

Jamila makes her way about the air docks. In some ways they reminder of the sea ports back on Golarion. Sailors are all the same she thinks to herself. Supersticious, but not without reason. It may take some convincing to make this work.

Jamila look around and if necessary ask about for an imposing captain with a sturdy ship. Someone who has pride in their profession and a ruggedness about them. perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24 diplomacy, to ask around: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13

Ember, the pleasure is mine. Jamila says with a light nod, her hair rippling with the slight movement.

At Zephyr’s reply Jamila pauses for a second, thinking before speaking once more. Being able to sense these disturabances with the wind will be a powerful asset for this endeavor.

Then more to the group Jamila continues. Each of us has been selected for our unique abilities. Just as the elements compliment each other, we need to make sure we work in concordance.

Pausing for a second she looks lost in thought once more, but only for a moment.

Ashasar (GM):
Jamila reaches out a tendril of thought, opening up telepathy with Ashasar Liason Ashasar, what more have you been able to learn about my companions since the letter? I find telepathy is more discrete than speaking.

Magical might should prove to be of some importance. We are happy to have you here.

Sitting with a certain sense of poise, Jamila orders the recommended special. Ashasar, Krakos, Zephyr, the pleasure is mine.

Zephyr, you mention having heard about this disturbance. What rumors have you heard?
