PRE-SERVICE HISTORY: Jacob Farrel was born in Cork, in October 1972, son to deceased IRA members Lean and Molly Farrell. His relative, Uncle Bernard took care of him.
Outstanding student, Jacob Farrell graduated with the highest marks in St.Stephen's Highschool. At some point during his studies there he came into contacts with his parents' former associates, joining the terrorist organisation.
Jacob started studying Chemical and Industrial Engineering at Trinity College circa 1990, having already worked for the IRA as demolition expert and mechanic.
He graduated Cum Laude in July 1994, and soon after married Eyre Statham. The couple left Dublin and moved to Gallway. It's assumed that Jacob left the organisation around this time.
Late 2001, Eyre Farrell and her son, Collin, dies during a car accident. A week after her death Jacob enroles the Irish Army, joining the 2nd Engineer Brigade based in Dublin.
SERVICE RECORD: Jacob Farrell scored surprisingly well in his small arms trainings. Due to this and Jacob's college reports he is assigned under Major O'Hara's squad, whose primary missions are those of building, maintenance and operation of resources at the front lines.
During February 2004 he and his Squad is deployed on Iraq, their mission to support NATO's troops on their advance on Bagdad.
Six months after his addition to O'Hara's Squad, Jacob Farrell proved his worth under combat situations and received a raise to First Lieutenant.
Lt. Farrell applies for the Bomb Defusal team soon after, passing his tests with great knowledge and ease. During the next 4 years he serves there, attaining the rank of Engineering Captain and receiving a Medal to Valor in Action.
During April 2010, unknown sources reveal Jacob's past in the IRA. Thanks to his outstanding record -and in light of no blood crimes observed- he is dishonirably discharged from service.
AFTER SERVICE: It is known that Jacob Farrell stayed in Middle East -specially Iran, Iraq and Palestine- as some sort of freelance engineer and mercenary. He has been known to get contracted for mine difusal, water installation and different kinds of engineer jobs. No known relations with any of the loval terrorist groups or PMCs.
Due to his experience, knowledge of the zones and availability Jacob Farrell has served multiple times as counsellor, guide or technician for different NATO and ONU missions in the region.
PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION: Farrell seems to have cut every possible connection with the outside world. He seems aloof and his knowledge of anything up-to-date that doesn't involve technology is rathrr limited. Looking back, his heroic acts that earned him recognition, advancements and medals are probably suicidal attempts made out of grief by the loss of his wife and child son.
Nowadays he seems contempt with hñfixing machinery, helping those in need and esrning enough to travel around the region and make a living.
CONCLUSION: Jacob Farrell is an experienced explosives specialist, a trained soldier and knows the region better than most, but his lack of connection with the outside world and its people make him unreliable for permanent enlistment.
