Hiya all,

First time poster here.
I am about to startup a pathfinder game and I think Iron Gods look really interresting, but, I normally do not use xp rewards, but instead just rewards players with level.

Does anyone have any advice on how best to do this? When did other GM's groups level up etc, etc.

Also, I am running it with a group of 8 players, so I know I need to scale up on the encounters.
