For years, 26 to be close to exact, I have been reading and thinking of playing my favorite game, Dungeons & Dragons!! I have owned so many different TSR and Wizard's products over the years and have collected an impressive amount of the game's products from minis to books! I love this game very much!! It is by far an infatuation! The funny thing is though, I can never get anyone to play. Half the time when I tell people I play D&D, they look at me like I'm crazy or they laugh and say something stupid or derogatory or both!! I hate that!! The older I get the harder it seems to get a game or group of people together. My wife will play, but I can tell she's really not into it and that she plays just because she knows that I love it. She is coming around to the game a little more every year though. I've allways wanted to find a good loyal group of players to play but have only been able to find only one person at a time. The only time I've ever had 2 people actually play as characters while I DMed was at my little brother's old house like 7 years ago. It was my wife, my little bro, and myself as DM. My wife played 1 character, my brother played 2 characters, and I played one also while I DMed. That's the closest I've ever came to a real game!! We did have a great time though. I just wish I could find 4-6 players that I could DM for regularly or just a group that I could play a character in every week. I want a weekly game!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!! I've tried alot of game stores but the games they have are allways filled and have no room. I've tried posting an add at store for gamers wanted but no one ever calls. I love the game, but it is frustrating when all I ever get to do is just read the rules and look at my figs. Alas, my passion that I have for the game will never end because I do enjoy reading the books and collecting the figs, I just wish I had more people to share them with, in game.Am I All Alone??
