The second the customs agent and his cronies leave, Minkowski breaks out into a tirade.

"Did you hear this guy? 'No spells of real power within five miles of the Esotherium- imperial- spiel. Real power? What sort of vaguely worded garbage is that? Yes, Captain, I promise I won't cast any spells of 'real power'- just the ones that are trivial, and useful."

He turns to the group. "Have no fear, ladies and gents, if all of Cheliax is as cumbersome as these here, Minkowski will talk you through all of them, achieve all goals, set us up as kings!- and Minkowski doesn't even want to be king!- but Minkowski could do it, Minkowski tells you! Now, where were we going- Minkowski wants to make great haste, for Minkowski is already tired and wants to rest."

Minkowski's slowly bobs his head in affirmation, still maintaining the appearance of the Silent Image. It's killing him, however, not to speak, and he fidgets impatiently.

Minkowski just stares along. Give them no reason to doubt you, though why they would doubt the great Minkowski- madness. Minkowski is- he is hideous! Bloated like a whale- who's idea was this? LEAVE YOU FOOLISH GUARDS!!! He begins impatiently twitching his fingers.

Minkowski huffs. "Well, if you give the item to Minkowski, I can hide it- with an illusion. Manifest something over top of it, then voila! Minkowski and Minkowski's friends are in the clear. For example-" Minkowski takes his nodachi, folds some cloth over top of it, and sticks it under his shirt. "Minkowski can now appear to be fat!" He looks eagerly. "Minkowski can do the same for you, as well!"

Minkowski uses Silent Image to create a layer of fat around himself, covering up the nodachi.

I have no idea if this works the way I think it works, but if I cast Silent Image to create a layer of fat over top of an item I'm trying to hide (or, frankly, cast a Silent Image of something over another item in general), would that hide the object? I'm guessing here

Minkowski nods to Briscoe, Nectanebo, and Waki. "As implied, magnificient Minkowski has really terrible idea. Need to sneak in a firearm? Minkowski can help with that!"

"The great Minkowski has no need of hiding things- Minkowski is honest, open, and relies only on his incredible powers for protection. Minkowski could perhaps be persuaded to hide other's items, in an emergency, though it is probably a terrible idea. And this is coming from Minkowski!"

A new agent! My goodness. Minkowski will keep this Cassian fellow safe, yes he will. Fear not, fellow Pathfinders, the magnificent Minkowski is up for the task!"

"So, halfling- loving freedom fighters- ha! And Asmodeus- how exciting, and horribly terrifying! Minkowski shakes in his boots- they do realize Minkowski is not wearing boots? Beware the Thrush- rune?- Thrushrune family. And then to explore the museum of history- what fun!- to discover the demise of Emberhold! Is that all?"

He turns and looks at Aiden. "Minkowski wonders what happened to him? he says, before turning back to the Master of Swords, as if oblivious to his audible remark.

To the group, he says "Greetings, Minkowski's friends- surely you have heard tales of fashionable and honourable Minkowski? Of course they have. Remember, the cat once stuck in a tree? That was Minkowski who saved the day! And the one who helped the old woman across Town hall- why, also the great and handsome Minkowski! And now, Minkowski is hear to help with this adventure! Say no more- it is an honour- of course they think it is an honour.

To the Master of Swords, he slowly raises his hand. "Minkowski does have one question," he asks slowly. "Why was dashing and daring Minkowski's name last?"

Minkowski bounds up to the door. "Last! My name on the door, last! Posh! Imonil Minkowski is the holder of great secrets, renowned across the world for his great deeds of splendor and secrecy! And they think me last! My, I must have a word with this Master of Swords, at once." He hurries off to the grand meeting. "Master of Swords, ha! I could take him.

I'll be sure to leave all the extremely life- threatening fights to ya'll, and hide in the back! Be safe and see you when you get back, GM!

I have to say, everyone seems a little higher- level than the guy I'm bringing. IS that ok?

P.S. Sorry for being a bit late to the discussion thread, had to take care of a situation at work that required me spending the night.

A wizard walks in. Human looking, with dark brown hair and sun- burnt skin. As he enters, he begins speaking. "The blood and the glory, yes, I think I could be of service, no?He turns to the side. "Of course they will pick me. I am glorious and handsome and most clever- I will win them over with my charm, of course, and they will never know I was the perfect choice," and he jumps back up "Oh good orc, truly, you are most magnificent. I feel you will enjoy adventuring with Minkowski, no? For the glory? Of course, of course, say no more- I will accept." He gives you a dashing smile.

Currently a Lvl 1 Wizard, but I'm hoping to advance and Prestige him into a Mystic Theurge- so helps with the healer bit. Anyways, hope I get picked, and regardless, Happy Gaming to ya'll!
