We Be Heroes as printed is not intented for Society play, but is meant to be run "from the box" like the Curse of the Crimson Throne AP, so it gives out hero points like CotCT does.

However, like CotCT, there is a sanctioning document to allow you to play it with society rules. It replaces the WBH rewards with rewards more appropriate for PACS play. You can find that document by clicking the "Download the sanctioning document" link on the We Be Heroes store page.

When completing each of the scenarios for We Be Heroes, the reward is listed as "Each character gets a hero point". Is this in addition to the standard hero point gained when you complete a new scenario, or just listed as a reminder?
