About Horatio Phillipton
Born a slave to a noble house of Cheliax, Phillipton was eventually made into the batman for Lady Alexyn, one of the daughters of the same noble house and a Bronze Aspis agent. After Lady Alexyn was killed by charu-ka near Azlant Ridge (see PFS1 2-02) Phillipton was taken in by the Pathfinder Society. He spent years working with the Society, giving them all the codes that he knew, (quite a bit since he handled all of Lady Alexyn's correspondence). Now a free halfling, Phillipton has decided to pay back the Society and became a field agent.
His hireling is a Charu-ka that he calls Mr. Moggles.
