Does the rogue advanced talent crippling strike cause the target to take two points of strength damage EVERY time a sneak attack does damage regardless of whether or not they have already taken strength damage in this way? (I.E. if a rogue with greater invisibility hits an enemy with four ranged sneak attacks in one turn, does it take 8 strength damage?)
