I like the idea of Santa having tomtin. In real life mythology, they'd drag kids out of bed in the middle of the night and quiz them on religion, then either reluctantly reward them or beat them severely with sticks and coal. The early Santa was brutal.
To make tomtin, I'd take a goblin and replace the goblinoid type with the fey type.
