Ok so my big question here is do you get any of the Ki Pool abilities from the monk class for the Ki Pool that replaces Spell Recall?

If all it does is allow you to take ki feats then it seems like a pale replacement for one of the best Magus class abilities.

So if you get this ability do you get to use the following abilities or do you just have a ki pool that is useless until you pick up other feats/classes.

By spending 1 point from his ki pool, a monk can do one of the following:

Make one additional attack at his highest attack bonus when making a flurry of blows attack, or
Increase his speed by 20 feet for 1 round, or
Give himself a +4 dodge bonus to AC for 1 round.
Each of these powers is activated as a swift action.

Say you have two characters sharing a space and either one could technically flanking an enemy with an ally who is on the other side. Would both get flanking? The way I have been ruling is that technically only one of the two is truly flanking the enemy.

But the same thing could apply if you had a large ally with reach, behind a medium ally both of which are technically in a flanking position with an ally on the other side of an enemy.

How would you guys rule on these situations.
