Relieved to be off the boat and away from the bickering passengers, Henryk quickly and inconspicuously makes his way to the wooden latter that leads into the town. Once at the inn, he finds a table towards the wall and orders a dark ale.

Henryk has remained towards the back of the boat throughout the confrontation.

Henryk is exceptionally annoyed with the quarreling that has broken out amongst some of the other passengers, and he yells to the Ferryman from across the boat, "Ferryman, how long before we make dock?" Then, he puts his journal away into his coat and pulls his coat tightly around him.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I was at work.

Henryk tries to ignore the conversation that has started on the boat. The inner demons that have driven him to this place have left him in no mood for interpersonal interactions. Furthermore, he has noticed that his stomach has begun to complain for sustenance. In his haste to reach this forsaken land, he has forgotten to eat regularly, and now his body is punishing him for his carnal transgression.

Henryk sits inconspicuously towards the back of the boat; his overcoat pulled snugly around him with the collar up to protect the back of his neck from the splash of the acrid smelling water, which scuffs against the sides of the boat from time to time. He is wearing a dirty brown hat with the bill pulled down in order to obscure much of his pale face, but one can just see the thin mustache above his lip. Several days of stubble have emerged on the rest of his face, evidence that he has not shaved in several days. His blue eyes are aimed down at a small handwritten journal he pours over again and again. From time to time, he pauses in order to peer off into the distance of the empty waters, lost in thought.

As the ferryman speaks, Henryk observes him with a clinically detached gaze, as a scientist might view a test subject.

Looking forward to it. =)

I can post at least once a day.

Here is Henryk's sheet thus far.
