I'm trying to get my subscription paid for using my new and updated credit card, but it seems the system is defaulting to my expired credit card instead of using the card that I could swear I set as the default payment method. I have two tickets in without responses, one of which is a week old at this point. Please advise.

I thought I had set my copy of the deluxe hardcover of PF2 to ship out as soon as it was available, but I guess it's sitting in my side cart until my next subscription processes? If possible can I get that moved out of the sidecart and shipped to me ASAP? Thanks.

i'm back again. I received the "pending" notification a week ago. I'm getting kinda dissatisfied with the frequent delays, and if this keeps up i think I'm going to drop my subscriptions and go back to buying from my LGS.

I've been advised to make this a separate post, so here it is. Order 7464744 has been sitting at "pending" for 11 days/9 business days now. Hoping for some sort of update for where it is at.
