i'm back again. I received the "pending" notification a week ago. I'm getting kinda dissatisfied with the frequent delays, and if this keeps up i think I'm going to drop my subscriptions and go back to buying from my LGS.

Hello Helstrom,

While we have had delays in past months, there seems to be some confusion about how the subscription cycle normally works.

Last Friday, we generated all of the subscription orders for everyone who has a subscription. That's a lot of orders! As such, our warehouse has a two week window following the generation of these orders in which to ship them all out.

We have not yet reached the 1 week point for shipping this month's subs, so it is not unusual if you may be in the portion of orders that has not yet shipped. Your position in the shipping queue after your order is generated is random, and will change from month to month.

Our goal, generally, is to make sure all of the orders have left the warehouse by the product's release date. We are still on track to accomplish this.

Keep an eye out in the following week for your shipping confirmation email. I have confirmed that your order looks fine, it is just waiting its turn in the normal shipping queue.
