Wow. Paizo has been uber-generous to the annual ENnie awards this year, and are offering the following as a fundraiser for the ENnies:

1. you get to sit with Paizo at the awards ceremony at GenCon
2. you get a signed copy of the Shackled City hardcover
3. you get a 1 year subscription or extension to Dragon magazine
4. you get a 1 year subscription or extension to Dungeon magazine

Wow.

Check it out.

I know that I'm suddenly wishing that the ENnies staff and volunteers could bid on these auctions.

:)

here's the link to the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5228546104

ok.

I'm still unsuccessful at raising Michael Mikaelian via e-mail (so I resorted to phoning him this afternoon, with no response).

Can you get someone to drop me a line about my work in issue 10? I would say preferably by voice, but I'm out of the house most of the day now with school (thus my cel is off also), so email will probably be best.

Thanks Vic.

I've been spamming... err... sending emails to Michael Mikaelian regarding my article in issue #10 without any replies, so I was getting nervous about the magazine, the article and so on.

Did issue #10 actually go out? I haven't seen a copy yet, so I'm still in the dark about it (except seeing my name on the credits for the issue on the website)

If you're looking to mourn the hiatus of Undefeated and Amazing or to compare horror stories and the like, this is as good as any place to do it.

I've been hunting for news on Undefeated for some time now, basically since I heard a rumour that it was also going on Hiatus. Now, the thing is that the articles about the hiatus of Amazing Stories also stated that there was no confirmation regarding the fate of Undefeated.

Now, I've hunted high and low on the website, and there is no news about Undefeated, and issue #10 is on it's way to our greedy little hands as we speak... So I figure it is probably safe, and that my first article for Undefeated (in this issue) won't be my last.

But the quote above from Erik saddens me.

So, what is the OFFICIAL word on Undefeated?

I'm a big RISK 2210 junky (plug plug - my first RISK 2210 article is in issue 10 of Undefeated).

For RPGs, I play D&D and a lot of d20 variants, CyberPunk, Vampire, and classic Star Frontiers & Street Fighter. I'm a big collector of RPGs, I have some 120 different RPGs.

We also play Munchkin & Apples to Apples around the table, as well as RISK:2210 fairly frequently. I also have a fair collection (about 80,000 cards) of older Magic cards, as well as a moderate collection of RAGE, Over the Edge, and Jyhad cards.
