A little bit of Harsk but with a different focus. I didn't do a count of monsters with "before the encounter" and "After the encounter" powers so those abilities may be a bit over- or under-whelming. Since gender doesn't matter (yet), all my characters are defaulted to male. Feedback welcomed.

[ ] At the start of your turn, you may look at the top 1 ([ ]2) card(s) of your location deck and return it (them) in any order.
[ ] You may use your Stealth skill in place of your combat check. If you pass the encounter, you may place the card at the top ([] or bottom) of the deck. The monster does not count as either defeated or undefeated.
[ ] You may ignore monster abilities that activate after the encounter.
[ ] You gain the skill Disable: Dexterity +1.
Rearguard
During your turn, you may ignore monster abilities that activate before an encounter.
If you moved during this turn, you may add 1d4 ([ ]+1) ([ ]+2) to your combat check.
[ ] If another character just failed a combat check against a monster other than a henchman or a villain ([ ] including a henchman), you may bury a card to move to that location and encounter that monster.
[ ] During another player's turn, you may ignore bane abilities that would affect you.
[ ] When you play a weapon with the Ranged trait to add to another player's check, you may recharge that card ([ ] and add 1 ([ ]2) to the check).
[ ] When you play a blessing to add to another character's check, additionally add 1 to the check for each die added by your Blessing.
