Under a new guise, Hashik looks somewhat exasperated with raised eyebrows showing ernest.

He makes a sweeping gesture with his hand that’s clutching the dismembered head sending a bit of half dried dragon blood flying

”Now if you mean, evade, remain out of sight, survive?!—Those are the right ones—and to be honest! I can’t believe it myself that I was able to make it back here before it caught up. Thank god you guys had the engines ready to go!”

Something occurs to the successful dragon hunter and his hands snap to his hips.

”Wait! Now I’m kinda pissed. Did they know there was a big dragon out there!? What the freak! Had I known that was out there I never would have gone. As it was you guys have any idea what one this size can do to an entire host of professionals?! It’s . . . It’s just . . . Unimaginable.”

”My guess is they do have a water source. Maybe they beat the dragon, but we are in a position to take advantage or help. If the dragon wins it might be weakened. Or maybe we get a chance to work with it. The dragon might give us important information in exchange for our magical items?”

"When and if we kill it our wanted posters and possibly bounty hunters, will be able to reach us. Such a double edged sword."

I agree. With hats of disguise we can look different and I can use spells to alter Draalush. Jarek and Karla can take the obvious magic weapons and armor out or ove the wall.

In the adventure the no magic weapons thing almost killed us as well. My character needed a sword to be effective in combat. My character wasn’t planning on living in the town as I thought escape was the primary goal.

Dm Smiles, first off I am am liking the game and I am glad you are running it for us because I know how much work it is to run a game. But I am feeling like we dont Have enough description to know what to do next. I don’t know if the two new characters have info about the town that we don’t but I think that is why we are going in circles. I honestly wouldn’t mind a little railroading or a blunt hint on where we should go next.

I realize that you just gave us a hint that the two town’s waterfronts were burned down, but I don’t know where we could start to do some know local type searches.

”Anyways, maybe we can try to get some local knowledge about this place. It seems like there must be some place we can get to that is outside Consortium control.”

”Anyway, we are going to need to find a source of food. Do fishermen leave the harbor? The elites need to find a way to get food. We do have treasure. Maybe we could bribe one or stow away. I’m not against hijacking someone for that matter.”

”I could take one of you and we could go on an information gathering trip?”

Hashik jumps up.

”Or maybe we say we are bounty hunters and simply walk out the gate looking for the Dragon. We have Consortuim magical weapons. They know they need magical weapons to deal with the dragon. We get in the wagon. Dress everyone up and head out. It’s so crazy it just might work!”

If we leave them an open door they might just come through and do a cursory search and move on. I can make myself a vagrant or a commoner stuck on the streets when the riot happened and hide some of you in the boxes.”
