Hallothien doesn't actively take part in the rituals, though he does take notes of any unusual effects. Asmodeus would laugh at this. Regarding the Shepherd: I thought shooing the frogs away might have done it accidentally. Might need someone with handle animal or a charisma higher than a frog's. :P
