I'm playing a Sorcerer/Dragon Disciple and am 5 Sorc/6 DD for a total level of 11.
Because of Blood of Dragons my effective Sorc level for Draconic Bloodline is 11 which grants me the spell 'Spell Resistance', however it's a 5th level spell and I don't get 5th level spell slots yet.
It seems like there is something wrong for the character to have a spell but not be able to cast it because they don't possess an adequate slot.
Have I made an error somewhere? If not is there a ruling about how this situation is meant to be handled?
