Since the spiritual ally does AOO, how do you work out the roll a thief would need to tumble through? The DC is based in the CMD of the creature, but Spiritual Ally has none. Would CMD=10+BAB(cleric)+WIS bonus(cleric) be a good proxy?
According to the rules: In the event that a class feature or other special ability provides an adjustment to your caster level, that adjustment applies not only to effects based on caster level (such as range, duration, and damage dealt), but also to your caster level check to overcome your target's spell resistance and to the caster level used in dispel checks (both the dispel check and the DC of the check). What about BAB? For example, spells like spiritual weapon rely on the BAB of the caster. Does that mean that if a feat/trait let me cast the spell at CL+1, the effect (to hit) is also based on BAB of the next cleric level?

Ok, so following on that: if it's a touch attack, there is a chance of scoring a critical hit or fumbling miserably. No? What would be the consequence of a critical hit: twice the healing? Would feats like point blank shot apply? (+1 healing)
If you use reach spell to cast healing spells on party members, to you need to roll for a ranged touch? Or do you consider that it hits automatically (like it does for touch healing)?
Well,if you look at the Wall of Ashes of the Ash subdomain, the duration is 1 minute, which also corresponds to how long a smokestick will provide smoke. Maybe a 1 minute duration was also intended for Cloud of Smoke?

How would the spell magic stone work for an Oracle of stone with the rock throwing revelation? The spell transforms a pebble (1d3 dam.) into something that does 1d6 dam. It's a two step increase in size damage. Thus, could we derive from this that magic stone thrown with the rock throwing revelation would do 2d8 damages??? (d8 being two steps higher than d4 in the ladder).
Is the spiritual ally immune to bull rush and other CM? If yes, it provides a fantastic way to protect a group from enemies in tigh spaces...Since PC allies can walk through the Spiritual Ally, I guess their ranged attack could also pass through. Any though on that?
