Sorry to keep you waiting. So, my group is fairly big, but the participation varies. We have the following classes: - Half Elf Summoner (about the only one who is really optimized)
Aside from the occasional Haste there is not much buffing going on.
@TimD: No we are not allowed to use 3pp
@Chess Pwn: I will talk to our cleric about the heroism, thank you :) The gear is indeed low, because WPL
@Skyler: My charakter does not believe in any god and I think my GM would not like seeing me change that
What do you think about the other mythic feats? Would the critical focus be alright?
Edit: Very interesting thoughts, Steel Refrain. But my character is indeed an atheist for roleplaying reasons.
Hello guys! I need your advice on how to go on with my character.
Race: Aasimar (Garuda)
Attributes (racials and items already included)
Reflex: +11
Armor Class: 10 base +2(bracers of armor) +2(dex) +1(dodge) +1(ring of protection) +10(monk AC bonus) +4(barkskin) = 30
Equipment: Ring of Protection +1, Adaptive Composite Longbow +3, Monks Robe, Headband of Wisdom +2,
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Perfekt Strike, Precise Shot, Point Blank Shot, Weapon Focus, Point Blank Master,
First off, I know some of my feats are not optimal but my group is not completely min-maxed and I can not change them anymore.
Right now I am thinking of taking up 3 levels of Weapon Master and then buy Gloves of Dueling for
Do you think this would be viable or should I stick to Zen Archer only? What else should I take for my mythic level? Thanks for your thoughts.
Hey guys! I hope you can help me a bit with this since it is the first time I play a paladin. A friend of mine wants to run a campaign only with small races (Gnomes, Halflings and Dwarves) and I decided that I want to play the stonelord archetype. Before I go on I want you to know that this is his first time as a GM and he said that this will not be a high power campaign, so the character doesnt need to be perfectly min-maxed. We will be four players: one dwarven guntank, a gnome sorcerer, my stonelord and the last one has not decided yet. Here are the stats I thought of (20 Points), but I am open for other suggestions! Str: 16
I want to use a heavy steel shield and a dwarven waraxe. And perhaps a dwarven longhammer as well but not so sure on that. The GM already said I can use LoH with the heavy shield as well, so that wont be a problem.
What feats can you suggest for me? This is where I really cant decide. I hope you can help me! Perhaps I should take two levels of master of many styles to get crane style and crane riposte for that awesome -1 to hit/ +4 AC? Then I could go down to Int 10 and use the 3 stat points for something else? Thanks in advance for your help!
Thanks for the quick answers! @ Karkon: I thought about the falchion first, but i took the greatsword, because it fits good with my background story (which is about 20 pages xD) @ Stubs mcKenzie: I know the CHA sucks, but he told us the racial modificators after we distributed points (in my case +4 STR and -3 CHA).
@ Kydeem de'Morcaine: i dont know too much yet, but we will almost only fight humans. i think magical beasts will enter the game around level 12 or so. Multiclassing will be allowed, but as i understood it he wants to make magic homebrew completely. I dont know how he wants to do that, but i trust he will do a good job. i will update you as soon as i know something.
First, i want to say hello as this is my first post here!
So, as i love melee characters and in our last campaign i played a caster i decided to play a barbarian. With racial modifiers my attributes look like this:
I will play as an invulnerable rager, with one level of an unbreakable. lvl 1: Power Attack, Improved Initiative
So, basically i want to get as much DR as i can, as my armor will be very low and everybody will hit me anyways. What do you think of this? Do you think this will be viable? Thank you in advance. |
