I have been a 4 star general star GM for awhile now but haven't received the scenario 7-99 through the maelstrom rift. Was wondering if I could get access to it.
The kobold racial trait frost spitter says you exhale a breath of cold air that freezes an area making it difficult terrain. What type of action does it require and how long does the frosted area last?
Makes sense. Read in the message boards that you could use faithful summons because of the aura. But like you said, the aura has no bearing on that. So no bloody skeleton for me.
Usually only Clerics can have alternative summoning of monsters. A pact wizard receives an aura corresponding to his subtype just like a cleric. Would this allow me to be able to use the deity summoning in addition to the normal summon monsters?
The racial trait Breeze-Kissed allows a slyph character to either trip or bullrush one creature. Is this a standard action? Also do you use your cmb, int mod, or cha mod to use this ability?
