Most modules are written for 4 players, so what would be the easiest way to adjust to that?? add 1-2 more creatures per encounter? or +1cr to things?

If you made a character with stats rolled up using: 1d6+7 for each, and a 14 in 1 stat of your choice... what would you make ?
