Grand Lodge 3/5

There aren't many but off the top of my head:
Beggar's Pearl
Citadel of Flame
Murder on the Throaty Mermaid
Feasts of Sigials
all have interesting Dwarven NPCs.

We're out there we're normaly a little too level headed to get involved in the antics of the Pathfinder Society or we're just to clever to get caught ;)

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Don't know? Seemed like they were enjoying the game. I think that maybe when we had a lag in the game they might have lost there dots and forgot to follow up on the thread? Do you have there PFS numbers for reporting?

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Woot! 3rd Level!

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Catching his breath the dwarf looks up at Quioxti quisicly, Did he now? Oh, well thats good I guess. So what do these blighter have on them?

Gregor will search the other bodies as well.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

I use the "list" feature on these boards so I can alway find the threads I'm in. Its in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor's victory cry is cut short by the disapproving scowl on Quioxti's face.
What!?!?! Did I miss something?

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Blood pounding in his ears Gregor is unable (or unwilling) to hear the man's pleas. Once again he roars and lunges at the bandit with his hammer.

Attack:1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 2 = 15
Damage:1d8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 2 = 11
Miss Chance(1-20 miss):1d100 ⇒ 47
I just bumped up the OOC thread

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

I found it!

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor screams a dwarven curse at the man (Roughly translated: "I shall use your blood to wash away the evil taint of your deeds"), before throwing himself at Nessian with a flurry of hammer swings.

Rage 6/8
Attack:1d20 + 5 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 + 2 = 22
Damage:1d8 + 1d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + (5) + 4 + 2 = 13
Miss Chance (1-20 miss):1d100 ⇒ 58

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gergor rushes at Nessian swinging his hammer in a great arc.
Attack:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11+2 if I can get a charge.
Damage:1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Sneak Attack:1d6 ⇒ 6 if I can get a flank.
Miss Chance(1-20 miss):1d100 ⇒ 32

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor curses under his breath as the shot falls short of the target. Dropping his crossbow he draws his hammer and charges any enemy’s within range.
Attack:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21+2 is charging
Damage:1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
If no enemy's present themselves this round Gregor will move into flanking position of the door on the main tower, readying his attack if he can.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

After ducking behind the rocky outcropping to reload his crossbow. Gregor, slowly, begins to creep closer to the second guard.

Stealth:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

Once within 30ft, after giving his companions a quick wink he once again aims and fires.

Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Damage:1d10 + 1d6 ⇒ (10) + (6) = 16

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor move forward towards the right tower, doing his best to stay low and quiet, moving with in 30ft of the guard.
Stealth:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

Once in position he raises his crossbow and fires a bolt.
Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Damage:1d10 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + (2) = 7

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Bah! Speak for yourself Quioxti. I bet you the first round of drinks that, if there are any guards posted outside, I can put a bolt in one of them before they can even draw a blade!
Gregor puffs out his chest as he issues his challenge to Quioxti.

I say we move in from the south, I'll keep to the right and position myself behind that those rocks, while the rest of you move in behind the outcropping to the left. Just give me a 10 sec head start to get the drop on them.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

As the "warriors" approach the Pirate's hideout, Gregor stops to survey the terrain. Cursing under his breath the dwarf turns to his companions.
Ruttin' hole has enough doors don't it. What do we think boys...and lass? Gregor embarrassingly smiles at Silana. I say we clear out those three wings before hitting the main tower. We might alert whoever's in the tower but I rather have that then haven someone or something sneak up on us from behind.
After hearing what the rest of the party thinks he adds,
Mind if I scout ahead a bit? Make sure we're not walking into anything too dangerous.
What direction are we approaching from?

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

After catching his breath Gregor grows quite and guiltly avoids making eye contact with Silana or Torillan. On their way back to talk Gregor mumbles an apologie to the two adding Good job with that riddle Silana, would have taken me months to figure that out.

As the Quioxti explanes things to Torch. Gregor acwardly chimes in,
Uh, yeah like what he said this is it.
Aid Another Bluff:1d20 - 1 ⇒ (7) - 1 = 6

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Oh if we only needed 3 chest open Gregor would have not raged or made those derogatory comments

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor picks at the chest with his tools for a bit, trying desperately to find some way of opening it.
Disable Device:1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 2 = 13
As he works the dwarf becomes more and more agitated.
Ruttin', piece of dug! Why in the name of the gods do people have to make things so gorram difficult! Probably made by some bloody Elf! Aye it must be elven look! Rutting musical notes! Only any Elf would be daft enough to make a chest that you open with a gorram flute and not a key!
RRRRRRRAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Throwing his tool on the ground Gregor rushes to the chest with the three faces and begins tearing furiously at the lid.
Rage 6/7; if necessary

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Three down two to go right?
1-laughing devil’s:- Open
2-trio of golden faces: - Closed, Possibley opened with rage
3-carved ivy:- Closed, Gregor is currently looking this one over
4-sealed stone:- Open
5-stylized writing & small pores: - Open
I don't want to rage until we get the other chest open since afterwards I'll be fatigued.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

What’s that Silana, it reacts to strong emotion? These certainly are peculiar chests. Gathering his tools Gregor wanders over to the chest carved with Ivy and begins looking it over. As he works he pauses for a moment and looks back over at the ranger.
Lass, do you think that chest of yours would open if I worked myself up into a rage? I think I have the energy if you though it would work.
Preception:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Ahaaa! Giving Quioxti a smug glance Gregor steps back from the now open chest. Lets see which one next...
Seeing Silana find the trick with the first chest the dwarf moves over next to the archer. Nice work lass. Now lets see if I can work with this.
pulling out his tools Gregor starts fiddleing with the lock.
Disable Device:1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 2 = 18

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Intrigued Gregor cautiously approaches the sealed stone chest with no lock and examines it closely.

Preception:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23

Well, what do we have here?
I'm fine with useing Aid Another or each takeing a chest, or a little of both.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor glares at Quioxti. He then mumbles something about doors being very different than chests.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Growing bored with the conversation Gregor found himself distracted by obviously cheap stonework of the baths. When Torch mentions the chests the dwarf perks up.
What’s this about chests? After being told again of Torch's offer Gregor grins.
Aye you have a deal! You will find that opening chests is something of a specialty of mine.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Alright then, lead the way while I still have a little fight left in me!

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Humph! thats it? I was just getting warmed up. Though now that we have a moment I think I need to catch my breath. Sitting down Gregor puts his back to the wall and takes a long drink from his waterskin.
end rage, Only have 2 rounds left. Fatugued for 8 rounds.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Ducking the swing of the operative Gregor twists and uppercuts the skeleton with his hammer.

5 foot step to put he operative between himself and the rest of the party.
Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Damage:1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Rage: 5/7

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

AHHHHH!
Gregor swings again at the undead monstrosity.
Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Damage:1d8 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Rage: 4/7

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

I was having trouble with posting at work today that was supposed to say Attack and Damage and the second d20 should have been a d8.
Not that I think I hit but:1d8 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Ha! One down four to go!
Using the momentum from his last swing Gregor swings his hammer down, over his head, at the new skeleton.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Dropping his crossbow Gregor rushes forward, drawing his warhammer and issuing a deafening roar.

Rage, charge it possible.
Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12+2 if I can charge
Damage:1d8 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

[ooc]Initiative:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Not wanting to risk the poison the Opreatives are handling getting mixed with the grain, Gregor shakes his head at Silana. Motioning towards himself he points at one of the figures then pointing at another he nods at the ranger.

Turning back to the room the dwarf raises his crossbow, takes a deep breath, lets out half and then squeeses the trigger.

Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Damage:1d10 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + (1) = 3

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Keeping his lead on the rest of the group Gregor heads deaper into the complex.

Stealth:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Preception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Invites will go first to people who have Gm'ed for me frist and if there is still room then I'll open the invite to people I've played with.

Ravenath, would you be interested?

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

I'm really enjoying RPing "Butters" something I didn't get to much when I first started playing him since I was new to Pathfinder. Yeah I brought Gregor to my first real life PFS game wich happended to be a three day con so he got a lot of play but since then (October) I haven't had a chance to play much.

Brett, Hold off looking for one right now I'm contimplating running a pbp soon.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor moves a head of the group, taking a lead of about 10ft. He follows the trail to the second set of doors and peers in, crossbow at the ready.

Stealth:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Preception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gergor cringes as Quioxit stumbles blindly after him.
Not too close now. I don't want you pricking me with that over sized dagger when you trip over your own feet.
the dwarf hisses at the man just as he crosses the threshold of the granary.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Chronicle sheets sent.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Lets see if we can get the drop on them.
Gregor wispers as he redies his crossbow and moves slowly through the doors, keeping his eye out for any goons or traps they might have rigged up.

Stealth:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Preception:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21 (+2 vs. stone traps)

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Still working on Chronicle sheets hopefuly have them done today

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Humph. Always in a hurry. Gregor finishes his drink and stands slowly. Now before we rush of like madmen were are we going? Do you know were this Nessian is, or are we going to try and stop the first signal?

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

I'll get my sheets to you this weekend.
I'd prefer maps but I tend to post at work and most sites I've seen used for maps are blocked so either way is fine with me.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Gregor will end his rage and is fatiged for 2rds.
Saved Absalom you say! Well Quioxi we might get in the chronicles after all. Now which one of these curs has the keys.
Preception (search):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Yeah its a Trait that is better than a feat. Not sure why its still around but that the correct interpritation as far as I can tell.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

So no surprise round?

Round 1
As long as he is not being threatened Gregor sends a bolt flying at the thug closest to the prisoners then attaches his bayonet.
Attack:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Damage:1d10 ⇒ 2

If he is threatened he will drop his crossbow, rage, pull out his warhammer, and attack using both hands.
Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Damage:1d8 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Any chance of us getting the drop on them?
Stealth:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Initiative:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Gregor levels his crossbow at the thugs and snarls, I don't know lass, seems to me they have every reason to die here.

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Ha! You've got a better chance of gett'n yur name in the chronicles, cleaning a goblin latrine than you do trudging around in this mess! Now keep quiet you dandy, I might be able to find our missing sage.
Survival (track):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Grand Lodge

Male Dwarf Barbarian 9/Rogue 4

Watch yer toung! If I needed a dot I would have said so!
Wanders off muttering about dots and something about leading someone to a pit trap.
