A goblin in blue robes decorated with various shiny rocks enters carrying a spellbook. A miniature Husky wolf with wings sits on his shoulder.
"Greetings!" He says in a stereotypically goblin voice, but without stereotypical goblin grammar, "I'm Grebmurk, goblin wizard, former lorekeeper of the stompbird tribe." He shakes his head as if thinking of a bad memory.
"You see, in my tribe the lorekeeper is tasked with learning, among other things, the forbidden knowledge of reading." He breathes out a frustrated sigh.
"There's actually been a frustrating number of exiled lorekeepers, but I didn't know that it was because the chieftain keeps appointing new ones without actually changing the laws so that they're given special permission to learn to read." A brief expression that can be summed up as "what an idiot," crosses his face.
"So, you see, he was an imbecile and I'm glad to have found a new tribe, so to speak, that mostly appreciates my knowledge."
