Grazzle spots a Hide Armor of Fire Resistance and has it moved to the Altar of Riddles. As the bottom card.

Grazzle tops up his allies health.

Discard 1 card to heal Rahali for 2, Zarlova for 1. Maftet Hunter Loot.

He then does some divining.

On Zarlova's turn Grazzle heals himself.

Grazzle has been skimping on keeping his allies in shape so heals them now.

Discard 3 cards to heal Zarlova for 5, Rahali for 2 Pyrotechnic Blast, Iceblade Spelldagger, Armor of the Sands.

Grazzle sends Keferuzagra far away. Using scenario power to send Keferuzagra to the bottom of Great Library of Tephu. The less banes in Alter the easier it will be to stack.

He then answers a riddle. Spell? Top card of Alter of Riddles is now Thousand Stings Whip (weapon 4).

He then uses his divination powers t check on Zarlova.

Having no desire to tangle with the Warrior Dolls right now he moves to the Alter of Riddles to help Zarlova.

New card #1 6 - 12 with 12 being Pyromaniac Mage: 1d7 ⇒ 7 So top card is now Pyromaniac Mage.

New card #1 6 - 11: 1d6 ⇒ 1 Second card is now Elusive Knowledge which is displayed.

Grazzle walks over and tries to make friends with the mage.

Hopefully Hawkmoon will be labeling them since we know what and where they are. Since we have some down time I recommend discussing what boons we still want.

I think I want the utility of Death's Touch even if the damage is a bit lower. Probably I should have added it over Icy Prison. Not a priority though.

Pretty sure I'll be taking ally for my card feat. As for which one to add, I'm looking at Sand Elemental.

Even if that means it is only helping me it can prevent a lot of nasty effects. In fact if I reveal a bane with a crippling BYA effect at one of your locations you could skip it while I go deal with it.
Alternitivly I could add Wayfarer. When I discard it to explore it adds 2d6 to my checks.

This is a weird one so I wanted to go over the details so we are all on board about how to approach it.

We want to create an open location with 5 boons of tiers 1 - 5. And we want to display 3 Elusive Knowledges.

Just because there is already a tier 5 boon at the bottom of Alter of Riddles let's pick it for our final location. We want to clear all cards above the Pyromaniac Mage and shove the other 4 boons below it. Once we clear the rest of the location it will get even easier to seed because we can shuffle acquired boons into an open location.

We can also seed banes into open locations. Once we have displayed the 3 Elusive Knowledges we can shuffle henchmen that allow a close into other open locations to shut them down faster.

If we examine a boon that would duplicate a tier under Alter of Riddles just shove it under a different location or the one you are at.

And remember that if you don't want a card in your deck and none of us want it for an upgrade you can just banish it.

This is my 3rd scenario at tier 5 so no feats. Pretty sure Zarlova doesn't need the weapon 5 but she cleaned up on upgrades during the special so she might not need the blessing either.

Actually I think I would rather run Blessing of the Seventh Veil which is a blessing 4. And if I'm downgrading the blessing and Zarlova doesn't need it then you may as well take it.

It is a lot of dice rolling but Blessing of the Savored Sting is pretty good. Or of course you could add Blessing of the Seventh Veil to your deck.

And apparently one of the scenario rewards is access to a troll spell called Vision.

The weapon doesn't matter to me. It would just be upgrading so it doesn't get wasted. If one of you have a good blessing 5 I'm fine with passing on the blessing.

- Find and Defeat Sekrephere
- Display Sekrephere
- End of Turn
- Do Sekrephere end of turn check - Recharge Ally/Blessing
- If you can't, Sekrephere is returned face down to deck
- Do Sscenario end of turn check - Recharge Ally/Blessing
- If you can't, nothing happens

If we can it it this way it means you need to keep at least 1 Ally/Blessing in hand AFTER you defeat a Sekrephere but you don't need 2

Do you guys interpret it the same way?

Seeing 2 nasty monsters ahead and armed only with a mace Grazzle decides that discretion is the better part of valor and let's his allies deal with them.

Maat looks versatile.
Blessing of the Lady of Graves is interesting. The wisdom thing mostly just helps Zarlova. +2 dice vs undead would be relevant but we are all casters so Pharasma does the same thing.

Well Pyrotechnic Blast loses some versatility since there are few locks so I could replace it. spells I could replace it with.

Cloudburst - Divine +3d6 and ignore BYA of non villain monsters.

Find Traps - +2 dice vs barriers.

Tbh there are no exiting spells left for me at tier 5 or 6. A slightly better healing spell at 5 is it.

I'll probably take ally for my next card feat to give me something interesting to upgrade to.

I'm fine with continuing. I never got a chronicle for 4-5A: Zarta's Assessment but it can be on the new one.

Looking at possible upgrades.

Blessing of the Seventh Veil (Blessing 4) Discard to add 2 dice to intelligence or charisma non combat check. Or discard to explore adding 1 die to those checks.

Rumor has it Eagle Aerie is good. Not sure what I would cut for it.
