Looking puzzled about the concept of a catacomb, Gornash finally speaks up; “This is why it is best to burn the dead. No remains for Ghouls to feast upon. Farya, if you can unlock it and then lock it once we are through it would leave less of a trail that we have been there... but we would be locked in with whatever is down below.”

The night before
Nodding at Brand; “They might be gutter scum, but if the people we ran away from come through here looking for us gutter scum like that would be the first people to share info with hopes that it comes with some coin. We aren’t exactly clear from our past... yet.”

Seeing Farya removing the barricade for Tamit, Gornash moves to give her a hand. As Farya mentions the dagger that was possibly stolen by grave robbers, Gornash shakes his head in disgust. “How can someone desecrate the resting place of the dead? That brings great dishonor on them and could end up cursed...”

The next morning

Looking around in worry, Gornash tries to see if there are any tracks revealing where Jomana could have went. “We have to find her, there has to be marks left behind if there was a struggle.”

Once inside, Gornash quickly moves to lock or barricade the front door and make sure the windows are shut tight to prevent light from escaping. He moves to a table and places the Leather Armor, Short Sword, Normal Dagger, Ivory Handled Silver Dagger with Black Runes Etched into it on the table. Looking between his companions nervously Why did you do that? Rushing in? You knew you would snap... With a shake of the head he snaps out of his own thoughts.

“Take what you can use, but until we are out of this city be careful showing them off. We don’t know who those men were or who they are connected to. Worse off some of them were able to run off. They have our description. Another trail left behind for them to find us. We cannot stay long, just enough to rest up... we are being hunted.”

Picking up the silver dagger; “This looks special... any of you know what this might be?”

Survival: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 <- buttoning up the door/windows with whatever is there.

Gornash picks up the remaining items that were left behind before the party moves on. Possibly removing an arm or two to make it easier to remove the leather armor. Once the items are on him, he gives the group a nod that he is ready to move on.

Not that I specifically want these items to use, but I figured they would be good to have on us..

The leader wears leather armor, has a short sword and three daggers (one being the one he threw at Farya.)

One of the daggers has a handle of ivory and a silver blade, with black runes etched into it. It is evidently an item of some value, and likely a funerary item. This is also the item you saw the leader taking from the corpse he had just killed before you walked into the square.

Looking up and seeing Tamit over him tending to his wounds, Gornash holds a hand out to him to help him get up. Gornash clasp Tamit on the shoulder, and gives him a nod in thanks. Do our characters know Tamit is a female, or do we believe she is a male? I am assuming we believe she is a male unless told otherwise.

Looking around to see if anyone saw them or are watching, Gornash lowers his voice; “Do you think we should move the bodies or just leave them here?” He takes the clothing of the leader and wipes the blood from his blade before strapping it to his back once again.

Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

In his enraged state the bandits fleeing causes him to take a few steps as if he is to follow one or another of them. His rage ends and he collapse to the ground.

The attacks from the thugs around him throws Gornash into a fit of Rage and he lashes out at the leader of these thugs.

Gornash moving up draws the big broad blade from his back, gives it a nice hefty swing while he begins to pick up speed as he approaches. “This will feel good and be quick work, DIE!”

How did I end up here? Ending up fighting a war for someone else? I should have stayed with the clan. Would father take me back?

Snapping back to reality he hears everyone’s toast. “Karim.” Gornash says emptily. Looking into his mug he thinks to himself; His life for our survival, before finishing his ale. “As everyone said, we would not be here if it wasn’t for Karim. Before he turned to go he said to tell you sorry for not being able to keep his promise. Is it something that we can aid you with?”

Checking in. I will have to double check my build really quick, I didn’t think they received the standard racial traits and what was listed in the players guide. I’ll finished up my stat bar stuff also.
