where did these metal beings come from?:
The Origin of Warforged
Initially, Warforged where not created for war. They where sevants and workers. Back then they where the Magiforged. They provided a tough, long lasting, intelligent form of labor. Then as time went by, more... physical uses became clear. First, they were outfitted for glatorial battles wizards and artificers would strive to build the biggest toughest Warforged to pit against each other in glatorial arenas. They would outfit them with weapons and thick armor, teach them strategy, then make them fight for money. It was only when war broke out that they became mass produced. Thosands apon thousands where made for many different tasks. They slaughtered all living creatures in their way. They could march non-stop for days, they required no food, simple spells kept them in good repair, and they were easy to make. When the war ended, the Warforged where left to fend for themselves. To the deferment of their creators, they roze up and established a small city-state where they now reside. They keep to themselves mostly, and make sure no "organics" invade their land.
Occasionally one will find a deactivated Warforged. These models are usually unique and have no recollection of who they are beyond a name and set of skills. These Warforged are given the title "The Lost" they often end up being relics from the glatorial era.

Starting gold: 1d6 ⇒ 6×10=60

I'm cool with that.

I'm sorry, I never saw the starting gold. Mostly I'm asking because kinetisist begin with 50gp as their average.

I have an idea for Gherz's backstory, he has no memories. He was found by a ranger in the middle of the woods, and the ranger had mistaken him for a tree's Trunk.

So, since I am applying a Warforged, what would be your reasoning behind their creation? Or would you like me to do that?

William here, this is the Alias for my Warforged Phytokinetisist

Edit: you don't mind me having only 6 cha right? He's just more acustomed to plants than people.

Darn, well have FUN!

Oh, gherz is Lawful Good... which is a rare alignment for me, I hardly ever play a character so kind and... well not a weirdo.

So I noticed, since alot of people dropped warforged, it seems I'm the only one :/

Not that I have a problem, that just means I have no mechanical competition. :P

I'll work on a more in depth backstory... should be done today or tomorrow.

Ah, okay I'll ajust. I was thinking after the launch but before the game starts... so I'm going for the middle, 5 years.

I had it set up where Gherz is 50 years old, i could always flush it out more in game... say how long has the ship been in space?

It's almost like spending time finding setting information specific to your character makes them more well-rounded.

oh, thanks i was unaware of this cite, this will help a ton!

I think I'll worship Grundinnar.

well the thing with gods is that I am not familiar with them at all, for pathfinder at least, i am very familiar with the D&D gods :/

I rarely play a Divine class like cleric because of this. playing one usually requires me going off and finding information on the gods...

i was thinking a god of machines/engineering, but i might just not have a god, seeing that i am a machine and stuff.

Edit, also for any new applicants. I am the only Major Healer, save for a druid. I however am built for healing!

I'd also like to know about any gods that may apply to warforged... just to pick a god to add on to the total philosophy of my character

Ah yes, but when I have a weapon as my hand I have proficiency with it, if I already have proficiency then I get weapon focus but only with my arm not with any I may pick up :) Integrated Weapon: One of the warforged's hands is replaced by a weapon, which cannot be disarmed or sundered. He is automatically proficient with this weapon; if he was already proficient then he gains Weapon Focus as a bonus feat for weapons of this type, but only gains its benefits while wielding that specific weapon...

But since I don't get a gun as my class, could I get a repeating crossbow instead?

Edit:and for requiring two hand to reload it, I imagine one is to hold the crossbow the other is to load the clip.

Would I be able to replace my crossbow hand with a firearm? I know it says I have to buy it at first level, but is there anything restricting me here?

Okay thanks, I did make him in a hurry and am now going through with a comb, i switched my body type to Darkwood and have lamellar armor plating(mostly to just go with the no metal thing), and am Making changes right now :P...

okay, yeah Ill put my skill totals together i just like to keep them separate to keep track of what's coming from where.

oops sory i should have one 2nd level... and severl less 1st level... okay doing some changes

and i'm changing my plating and such just give me some time i made him in a rush!

Derp, sorry i'll switch those to make whole.

Im proficient with light armor and the plating is considered light armor since I'm made of mythral, the skills shown are like such 1st number is the ranks +the class skill bonus, second number is ability score, third number is other bonuses, being made of mythral i choose the breastplade as my plating I've put it down as mythral because being made of mythral makes my plating mythral

wealth, 1st number is starting gold, second number is what iv'e spent, mostly for me to keep track,

I have yet to go through with a fine comb, I'm still adding and such and i expect to be until recruitment is over,

pew! and as for second level formula, my class specifically says that each time i level up i can choose two formula to add to my book as long as i can cast that level.

yes my attuned armor is the plating and weapon is my crossbow. still pulling out the kinks.

as i said "about done" not fully done.

and as for Hp i want 8 for first level, 4.5 for the rest 4.5x3 is 13.5 but ill gladly take 15 and my con is +3 so 3x4 is 12

oof! working on that now :)

as for fluff, i've only had today to make him give me some slack :/

okay, Gherz is about done... just need to figure out what to do with the leftover gold :/

perhaps I'll keep it for crafting.

and one hand is a crossbow! lovely that... but i can still use other weapons can i not? as long as they only need one hand? I could always just put a Bayonet on my hand :P

if I can't have an animal I'm afraid I'll just have to set my 100 lb anvil on the ship and use it in downtime :P
okay i now have access to the link, working on full details.

Yep. It's +1/2 to bomb damage.

thanks for that ;)

okay, when im at a point i can access that link i will round my character's vitals out completely, but until then Gherz will be a little... unfinished :/

okay, i have a question, could i get an animal or something to carry all my heaviest stuff... like my Anvil. otherwise I'm afraid I may have to spend my gold on more expensive pots and pans :P

also, is there a favored class bonus for alchemist on warforged? If not I'll just take the standard 1/6 a discovery.

here is the Alias I'm using for my warforged scout alchemist, currently working on stats and such.

Edit: going Chirurgeon alchemist, a sort of Medical Droid if you get my reference ;)
