It is about 7.5 ft tall but hunched; dressed in leather and steel armor and has a long runic glaive. It looks like a Gnoll; it leans on the glaive and appears to be eating a haunch of something bloody; it casts it aside and it lands with a squish then fades from vie.

"so we, we finally meet <it says is a eerie, barking voice> I have been waiting. Did you bring it? Lets see it. <it laughs very emotionally> Yes, to restore our Great Master after all this time, quickly fool; show it to me; we must move quickly; I ate a human a few days ago who swore on his life <maniacle laugher> that they were going to use it to restore some other human god."

the mist swirls into several other balls that yip and snarl but not yet visible as anything; the Gnoll leans his staff sideways and snarls behind him "Get Back To Your Place Cur, NOW!" another nearly 8ft shimmers back a step or two.

it nods, "agreed" it reaches into its sachael and brings out a hideous artifact; a very large black shriveled heart. it gets angry "I told you; I was there...<it has a distant look> there serving the master...there in the vast depths of the Abyss with Him when those two blasphemers came and murdered our lord; I survived; how could I not take his heart but it still had power; how could I not seek to become the new Master of Ghoul and Gnoll?; now yours; did you bring your part Aelithiss you sniveling worm of a snake."

Garn to Gavin: "I think we should have taken the heart of the Gnoll god when we killed it." Gavin to Garn: "That's not what you said back then."

I my self believe that the traveling merchant type vender has worked out best in my games. You distribute a limited amount of items, just in case you have a greedy person in the party.

It seems that you do not get anything for sold items and some items are know totally useless to most characters.

Another thing that confuses me is the way to tell if the weapon you found on your last dungeon crawl is better suited to you or your teammate. Back in 1.0 and even 2.0 it was relatively easy to find out what the item did and who was better suited to wield it to help the party.

It also seems that the cost ratio for the type of Armor does not get you as much as in previous versions

I've found unless you specifically have your armor made to what you want to accomplish the Max Dex does hamper you quite a bit, especially with plate on up.

Me too?

Yea can anyone explain what this twitter account is?

I Mean in the original version they were limited by what they could carry. But know they seem to be just a glorified Fighter?

Is it me or have the Pa;adins in 3.5 become a bit wimpy?

Notify the port to prepare the fleet. That's right you blasted aristocrat we are going to war. There's ghouls to kill. Get the clerics ready I want 300 of their best ready to travel by Sunup. Also get me a sage to explain to me what A "Epic" Ghoul is and how do you make it cry for it's mama. WHY ARE YOU ALL STANDING AROUND MOVE.
